I had to find a internal medicine doctor for my son and I found him to be close to our house. I checked him on line and I called. When I get there they said that we do not accept your insurance and you have to pay the whole amount which was fine. Then, after doctor did check my son he said we need to get some blood and also urine. Let me say that my son kept saying I have stomach ache due to stress and anxiety and doctor keep ignoring these two information and suggesting something totally different. I said since you are not accepting our insurance, please give us prescription so we can do the blood test and other test at the lab that participate with our insurance. The nurse went back to doctor and came back saying that they can not give us prescription. We can only use their facility to do the blood test and other exams. I had to agree since my son was not feeling well. At the end they give me the charges and said we will be in touch about your test results. After 4 days I called about the test result and they said there some problem that is why it is taking longer. Then I called 7 days after and they said they lost the result and I have to take my son again so they can do the test again. They should close their door!!! very unprofessional. They charged me $ 1200 for nothing.
