I arranged for storage on short notice for my daughter who was stressed during finals. The customer service team could not be more courteous, professional and helpful. I will have two kids in the DC area for the next four years and will use Cube smart for all our storage needs.

The customer service did not exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who helped me was more concerned about getting his pizza from the delivery man than he was about my business. With that being said I had to wait as he talked to the pizza man on the phone then again as the pizza was being delivered. This was a huge turn off… Yet, the storage units are clean and easy to access! Only negative thing is that you might want to bring your own dolly or flat bed because they only have a couple available for use. So either you will wait a long time until someone is finished or you will be carrying your personal belongings to your unit.

This place is large, clean, safe and has a fantastic staff! The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And the manager is top notch! They were very helpful with myself as well as my mother. I have been here for abt 6 or 7 months and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and secure storage unit.
