Community IT is the best tech support provider in DC! I have worked with them at two different organizations now and I am always impressed with their skill, knowledge, and great customer service. They have scalable plans that offer various services fit to meet the needs of any organization, and they make sure that you take stock of your technology (hardware and software) and help you institute plans to keep your infrastructure running smoothly.
The remote support desk is fantastic — it’s amazing how much those remote techs can get done without being at your computer. They are flexible and helpful in recognizing the problem and ensuring you understand it. My encounters with on-​site and remote tech support always left me feeling like I’d learned a new skill. They don’t just fix your problems (although I’m sure they could) but they help to educate you about what went wrong. Tech challenges, especially when you’re on a deadline or need to be able to access the internet, are always stressful experiences. But I’ve always found that Community IT tech support teams respond promptly and thoughtfully, helping to alleviate the stress and tension while they solve the problem.
I’ve worked extensively with Matt, Jose, Abdul, Mark, and Roshani and I cannot speak highly enough of each of them. Based on the caliber of work I have witnessed, I’m certain that everyone at Community IT is fantastic!
