Nice and friendly doctors and staff but I was very unhappy with the results of my treatment. My invisalign treatment was quite costly and they made a few errors. The first mold of my teeth was not good enough for them to make my aligners, but they did not notify me of this and only when I called them back multiple times and finally got an appointment could I start my treatment over two months later. They also failed to file down my teeth initially, and had to do it 2 additional times and they still need to do it once more so that I can wear the aligners without pain because the teeth are being smashed together. My bottom teeth were the problem and those are a bit better, but the aligners moved my upper teeth and created new gaps and spacing problems where plaque builds up. I it often difficult to schedule appointment, and you often have to wait to get in(especially if you are the first appointment of the day. I also had a billing problem with them sending the bill to the wrong address and continually assessing me late fees after I provided them the correct address multiple times. Overall it is a good, but not great, and pricey orthodontist.

I think Dr. Christopher Liang is okay. He’s fab, but not FABULOUS like his Dad, Dr. Donald Liang… But in an effort to not be repetitive check out my review for him at his Falls Rd. office: The office in DC is shared with another orthodonitists who uses it on days that the Liangs are not. The office is conveniently located and you’ll have to find street parking. I’ve always been able to find parking on the side streets or right in front of the office. Since there are no appointments after 3:30 you don’t have to worry about rush hour as much. It is a clean office with older looking chairs and furniture. Black and white photos of Dr. Blackwood’s family and children are scattered throughout the room and give you a sense of how long he’s probably had the office. I believe Dr. Liang brings a lot of his own tools so don’t worry. Dr. Liang and his dad Dr. Donald Liang are only in the DC office on every other Mondays and every other Wednesdays.
