Once you get over the fact that it is not a burrito shop, you’ll appreciate the flavorful chicken and lamb. When you build the burrito bowl(loaded up into a container — how else would they do it), they are generous with ingredients, and the taste was surprisingly good. The hot sauce has heat and great flavor. The Guacamole and pico-de-gallo were nicely done. The lamb was very tender. It was a great value for the price. I’d certainly return for another visit.

Deeelish. I’m not a burritos fan– I don’t like Chipotle. I also gave up on food trucks for a while after some disappointing experiences(although I do have a few favorites in my weekly rotation.) About the chicken burritos here: savory and flavorful. The rice is seasoned in something other than just butter. The chicken is juicy. It just tastes so much more home-made than any burrito I’ve ever had. And there’s just some serious seasoning going on here! I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s got exactly what I find missing in burritos at other places. It’s $ 9. It doesn’t look huge but it’s pretty filling. I only finished half.(Although, I’m a 5’3 average build girl, so take that with a grain of salt.) Also, the guys here are very nice and friendly.

I am really consfused here because I thought this was going to be a burrito truck when I left the office to hit it up… ITSNOT. They have either lamb or chicken where they either use a pita or plop it in the styrofoam container and call it a «BURRITOBOWL» right… beyond that disappointment the lamb was pretty good and they are generous with the add-ons. However the overall quality and tastyness is not that good.

Food tasted decent – better than Sol, I’d say(I’m vegetarian, though, so omnivores feel free to disregard that part), but it would be highly beneficial if they learned how to actually wrap a burrito. Their wrapping creates something that looks like it couldn’t decide whether it wanted to be a burrito or a gigantic taco, with the end result being a giant mess.

Burritos on the Run is just aiight. It’s nothing you couldn’t throw together yourself should you want to make the effort right down to the jumbo bag of Costco mozzarella sitting on the truck’s food counter. I decided to go with a riceless bowl with what essentially had beans and some guac… for $ 10. They were kind enough to throw in some extra spoonfuls of beans when I scoffed at the price I was paying for a bowl of beans and guac. Naturally guac is extra, but I often see it included in vegetarian meals without an extra charge by occupying the cost left vacant by no meat. WIth BOR charging veg and non-veg the same $ 7/burrito charge, I don’t think it’s such a great deal for vegetarians. They should receive guac at no extra charge. I requested the hot salsa and tomato salsa(pico?) on my bowl. Must have just been a little spoonful because I certainly couldn’t discern it while eating.
