Average store. It’s located on the second floor inside union station. It is right near the escalator across from the Chicago pizza place. They have most selections and most sizes. It is decently organized but it is a small store and it gets crowded given its location. Staff are helpful. I didn’t go into the dressing rooms so I can’t comment. They carried the latest styles as well compared to other Ann Taylors.

As I boarded the train from NJ, I realized I had not packed a shirt to wear under my business suit for my corporate meeting the next morning. My husband did a quick search for me and found the Ann Taylor in Union Station. I contacted them from the train and shared with them my dilemma. They were very thoughtful in their questions. When I arrived at the store they had several options for me all set up in a changing room. Just as an aside, I am a curvy women. In 10 minutes I had purchased a great shell to wear under my suit that fit beautifully. Thanks to everyone at the store for their kindness and thoughtfulness.

After buying almost everything online last year, I now practice self imposed Communist shopping at AT Union Station. Selection is limited. Prices are inflated, but then they always have a sale. I wish they would just sell the $ 30 tops for $ 30 instead of marking them up to $ 50 and $ 70 and then announcing at the register that I got a great deal. The women who work there are great, very helpful. If you do not see your size, ask. They keep things in the back. For whatever reason, they keep all of the tiny sizes on the floor, though I never see my fine boned sisters shopping here. But hey, size 0s a bit baggy? Lots of merchandise on the floor for you at this location. Otherwise, you can get some decent basics here, and on the fly raincoats. Their jackets need tailoring for me, but the skirts, dresses, tops, and sweaters can be worn off the rack.
