What a phenomenal experience! Usually surgery days mean alot of waiting and sitting around… leading to an all day affair… Not here!!! We were in and out in two hours. I barely sat down at reception and we were called. Everything is smooth and relaxed. The staff is wonderful and great with kids. The early appointments are for kids, which made me more at ease when my toddler fussed after surgery. They really target the youngsters. from cartoon stickers on their wristband to popsicles and individual DVD players to keep them happy. I never felt rushed or pushed out, and never felt like I was waiting forever for the doc, nurse, or anesthesiologist. Highly recommended!

The facility is amazing. I can’t say enough wonderful things. The friendliness was top notch. The nurses Maryellen, Patricia and Alicia were amazing. And Dr McRae is phenomenal. Oh and did I mention anesthesia had amazing bed side manner. Very clean — -And the secretary gave my three year old a sticker to his band so he would be eager to wear it.

We brought our daughter in to get a surgery done. The women who checked us in was wonderful. Not only did she have toddler friendly stickers she have my daughters teddy bear a bracelet to. I don’t remember her name but she was the office manager. Over all the whole experience was great. All the nurse were wonderful.
