The line rushed us to fast to make the order we wanted, didn’t add the peppers and onions so they put it in a to-go cup which is great for my burrito, can’t wait to add it myself. We had a free burrito with a coupon that didn’t get used because they were to rude for us to get them out.

Not sure what the hype is about this place or why it’s even called chipotle because there’s no spices used here! And the cilantro rice doesn’t even taste like there’s any hint of cilantro… and could we pleaseeee get more options for toppings it’s bad enough you’re limited to just salad, tacos or burrito which isn’t even wrapped right! Not to mention that it’s kind of dirty.

All I wanted was a kids quesadilla and a chips with guac. However for whatever reason this simple request turned into a frustrating exchange with the servers whereby I was suddenly ordering multiple kids meals, was asked why I wanted the kids tray(I didnt, the other untrained kid on the line assumed I did), and after clarifying 3 times that I was ordering 1 kids meal, was then asked what I wanted in the second kids meal a 4th time. Don’t waste your time! Drive the extra mile down the road and eat at CilantroMex! The food is better and the managers train their staff!

I ordered 3 hard tacos, chips and salsa and a side of guacamole to go. I was asked by the cashier what kind of salsa I would like, I asked«how does it come, mild and hot?» She did not answer me and instead yelled for a side of mild which I did not want. When I arrived home in about 5 minutes the taco shells were so soggy that the bottoms fell out when I picked them up and I had to use my chips to scoop up what should have been inside my tacos. When I began to eat the guacamole I bit into a hard piece of something that turned out to be a chunk of avocado pit. Overall, this was one of the least satisfying dining experiences I have had in quite a while.

What is all the rave about ?? Im from Connecticut and here people say chipotle is better. Haha. This place sucks and is dirty and tiny. Food has no seasoning at all. Barely any toppings to choose from. There isn’t free chips and salsa. Crewmembers aren’t kind. Highschool hangout place. Moe’s is WAYBETTER!!!

Why does this place have such a cult type following? People rave about it and I found my food to be scarcely edible. Firstly– chicken has NO seasoning. none. Not even salt. This is MEXICAN food for crying out loud. At least throw some chili powder on there or something. Second: EXTREMELYLIMITEDMENU. If you don’t want a burrito, taco or bowl full of random stuff you are out of luck. Lastly: the least they could do is put out some decent toppings. Like I don’t know, fresh raw onion? Tomato that isn’t «salsa»? All I can think is why? With so many other Mexican options in the area I will definitely never visit another chipotle in my life. Probably doesn’t matter because everyone else seems to like this kind of food. Bleh.

Chipotle is so amazing. However this location is hit or miss. Depends on who is working that day. Very little meat is given. Very full in the rice and lettuce departments haha. I’ll still eat here but I prefer all other locations.

Chipotle is great pretty much wherever you go, but with three locations as well as many other«burrito» options out there, the Bald Hill chipotle is the best. The food is great and the service is excellent. They are quick but thorough. Lines that may be common around lunch or weekends move quickly. Great choice for delicious, hunger satisfying and affordable food — for the whole family. Eat in or take out both very convenient.

Just left this place the kid ringing me up(with a bandage on his face) was very rude. I asked for guat and chip and Clearly Asian so he did it with the Asian accent… Unbelievable. Good of course was good but yea there’s other location

This is the only freestanding Chipotle I have ever seen or been to. Besides that, I was left unimpressed. I found the employees to be rude and really in too much of a rush to listen to what I wanted despite there being no line. Also, the chicken was burnt. No, not seasoned and cooked, burnt. I’ll keep my patronage at the Thayer St location and avoid this one in the future. Also, they need someone to attend their parking lot/side walk in the snow.

Sofritas Monday, right? Ordered via mobile app. Picked up my burrito, got a weird vibe from the cashier. The foil-ensconced wrap was little bigger than a fist and wouldn’t you know it? No tofu sofritas. Double-you-tee-eff. Too hungry and in far too much of a rush to do anything about it, but booo. I know I selected sofritas — saw the little graphic on my phone. Sofritas Monday has been ruined. Thanks, amazing computer, music player, communication device that fits in my pocket, thanks a lot.

Really good, very similar to Cilantro, a little nicer environment but for my money I like Cilantro better.

Food was good as usual, although these workers had zero skill wrapping burritos. I eat Moes and/or Chipotle on a regular basis and they always use the same burrito wrap technique… I watched 2 different workers on the line wrap the burritos they were making in a way that you’d expect a third grader. Not only did it explode upon opening the burrito, they wrapped it on a puddle of bean/meat slime so it would have broken open even had it been wrapped by Bobby Flay. My advice is to get the bowl. Oh and don’t forget… A chips dip of guacamole is an extra 2 $.

This Chipotle is amazing. My only complaint is that we have to drive 40 minutes to get there! I love consistancy. This place is consistant. The«line» moves quickly whether it’s big or small. Let’s be honest, the food is healthy and still amazing – something you can’t always say about too many other places. Chipotle is fast, healthy, consistant and fairly priced. Subway used to be my favorite go-to…not anymore.

Great food and great ambience in here. Food is not cheap though, and meals don’t come with a drink(except for kids) so you’ll have to slap down extra cash if you want to quench your thirst. Probably $ 9-$ 10 per person after you add a drink. The kids meals are great value for $ 4, actually, a much better value than the adult meals… But all of their meat was too spicy for my kids. Unfortunately, they ended up eating rice and tortilla chips and were not able to eat their tacos :(I won’t be able to come back with them I guess.

This is my Go-To place at anytime of the day or night. At times the long lines are tedious however well worth the wait! Despite what other fellow Unilocalers apparently complain of the quality or quantity inconsistencies, I say — Name me a restaurant that is spot on ALLTHETIME(?!) Please don’t compare this to other taco, burger, and fried birdy shacks– Chipotle is one of those rare places that will not make you feel fat and sluggish after piggying out! #Healthy grub #Post workout feed #WARCHIPOTLE

I am on-board the chipotle train, but today was a little disappointing. At this location, they had a sign that said due to supply shortages, their steak was being raised conventionally vice their norm. So I got chicken. And it was delicious. The staff was extra friendly today, and I actually got the ‘little bit’ of sour cream like I asked. This location is a little small and tends to get crowded, but they do a good job of keeping the line moving and keeping the tables clean. Oh, and if you haven’t tried them yet, try the sofritas. Even if you’re not vegan, just try it. Who knows, it might just become the main ingredient to your go-to chipotle burrito!

I’m such a Mexican lover I could live here! Best burritos, guacamole and sour cream I’ve ever had! Everything is super fresh and meat is top notch. I’ve tried the salads, tacos and burritos here. Nothing is better than that burrito!!! Can’t wait to go back

My husband eats here basically every day, so I’ve had the opportunity to try out the burritos, tacos and rice bowls. I prefer the steak option, over the chicken, the steak is perfect, cooked to perfection, juicy and non-fatty. It is a bit spicy, but not overbearing. The first few times, I had the corn put on the meals, but discovered that was making the food too spicy, so I’ve since ordered sans corn… the food always seems fresh, the place is clean, the employees are friendly. It’s not a place I would go weekly, but it definitely has some good food.

Despite some of the bad reviews, I have to say that I am a Chipotle fan! For a chain, fast food, mexican-ish food… it’s great! I really like that Chipotle brags about naturally-raised animals/meat, attempts to keep a portion of their veggies organic, and tries to support farmers big and small, endorse recycling — all good stuff! Lines tend to be out the door around dinner time but the line always moves quickly. Occasionally you get newbies who take a while to order but lets be real, we were all them once! Give em’ a break! Your food is made right in front of you and everything always appears fresh. The portion size for the burritos is enormous! If you finish, don’t plan on eating for a while. This is the only location I have ever been to but it is always clean, has a trendy feel to it, and has upbeat music.
