Wire Nuts was dispatched a service call from our home warranty provider for a parts failure. The ceiling fan wireless remote receiver stopped working and the problem was reported to the office and through the online claims portal. The scheduling and office communication was good; the tech was not. After repair of the new part, the tech reported that he did not have the proper replacement parts and he had installed his own, personal replacement equipment. He asked for $ 40 in reimbursement and noted that a trip to Home Depot to pick up the actual replacement part would have been $ 65(covered by the warranty). After having installed the replacement parts(the tech’s personal), he stated that he could leave them installed for the $ 40 or remove them and come back another day with the actual parts covered by warranty. The tech was quickly asked to leave the home. Thanks for the Hustle, Wire Nuts.

I set up an appointment five days in advance and was given an 8 – 10 am time frame. I received a call thinking they were at my house at 930 saying they couldn’t make my appointment because of snow we received three days prior. I understand that people need to reschedule but at least give some notice so I don’t miss a day of work.

I called wirenuts and requested a quote for some electrical work. The technician came out the same day, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and performed the work all in the same day! Very friendly technician too. Highly recommended!

We had a 8:00am to 10:00am service call well it started to snow around 8:00am so we called at 8:30 to make sure they were coming, first we talked to some girl who was just RUDE and stated that they will decide in about half hour so at 9:00am they would decide if they will show up for a 8am to 10am appointment we canceled the call, just before 9:00am we get a call from some guy who stated he was the owner and it was not safe to go out, he lives 11 mins. from our house and there was just a trace of snow, when we stated this he cursed at my wife and made stupid threats if we write bad reviews. Well we would not have cared if they had called us at 8:00am and not us call them. Worst customer service ever.

Wayne came to my place at 6:00 am this morning. He fixed my ceiling fan in 20 mins and answered some of my questions about electrical work. He was right on time which allowed me to get to work on time. Also this was through American Home Shield which I have had problems with other vendors but this one turned out to be great.

Jerod was exceptional at replacing my client’s attic fan. He was on time, courteous, and quick. He was also pleasant and he listened to my clients. As a real estate agent, it’s hard to find good contractors including electricians that are dependable and prompt. I’m blessed to have Wirenuts Professional Electrical Services in my network… Especially Jerod.
