Viers Studio Glass & Gallery

Love this place my sons helped to make a vase and they signed the bottom. The owner is nice the place is worth stopping in.

Viers Studio Glass & Gallery is a little shop on the side of U.S. 29 in New Baltimore, VA (although it is a Warrenton address).
I’ve driven by this place hundreds of times and never gone in. Today I decided to stop and look. I am glad I did!
The place sells all sorts of hand blown, hand crafted glass objects. I ended up buying two beautiful Christmas Tree ball ornaments (I think they were around $ 20 apiece). Both are translucent — I bought one in red and one in blue. I’ll be hanging them on my Christmas Tree later today!
They accept credit cards here — Visa, MC, and Amex.
The lady working the shop was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They also offer glass blowing classes to the public. I believe they are four three-​hour sessions — two people per class — for $ 400.00 per person. Sounds like it would be really interesting and fun! I may have to try this out!
Be careful when pulling out of their parking lot on U.S. 29 — there is a curve on U.S. 29 close to the shop and there is not a lot of distance to get going — so be prepared to wait for traffic to clear and then accelerate quickly to get onto U.S. 29.
