When a grandkid requests crab for dinner, these grandparents go out of our way to oblige. No crab at Warrenton Deep Sea, so we wander over here. $ 14+ a pound for crab. Seriously and yes we bought just two. I was messaged and informed China is paying just under $ 10 a pound off the docks… good tasting crab, but too rich for my blood. Next time a grandkid requests crab, I’ll steer them to steamers… Three stars because the crab was good…

This a family business with all locally sourced seafood. Fresh caught fish are landed at the dock at this small operation located on the Skipanon river, just off the Columbia and processed for sale right away. Beautifully filleted and vacuum sealed salmon, sole, halibut. etc are ready to prepare when you buy them. Yes. Crab in season as well. They also have a canning operation in house. I’ve tried the canned smoked albacore tuna and it’s wonderful stuff. Customer service is excellent here. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way every time. They also have a selection of wines available that makes pairing a nice vintage with your seafood easy to do.
