I just returned from my first session with Steffie Foard and I could not be happier with the experience with Open Minds meditation( !) First of all, Steffie teaches mindfulness meditation classes in bnoth a group setting via White Flower Yoga or in a private session as I had today. I am probably the most jr. level practitioner of meditation you can be but Steffie was so full of legitimate, useful, everyday techniques and suggestions that I have no doubt I’ll be up to speed shortly! Top off her knowledge with her very warm and engaging demeanor and you(or me!) can’t lose… I have been trying to come up with a number of ways to combat my increasing anxiety issues and in my search discovered the awesome people at White Flower Yoga and Wellness( ). They in turn suggested I contact Steffie for help in learning the art of meditation. I truly feel that with some practice at home and a few more sessions with Steffie my stress and ability to deal with it are going to continue to diminish. Anyone within a solid 20 – 30 miles of Steffie needs to visit her Open Minds Meditation site and set up a private or group session. You will be so happy you did! :)
