Your Home personal Trainer ROCKS!!! I have recently decided to be more active and start working out again but wasn’t as motivated to workout alone or go to the gym regularly. I decided to give Home personal trainer a try and emailed Rob. He came to our place on time and did a fitness evaluation for me to calculate my % body fat, water, muscle, visceral fat and bone. We then started a 45min — 1 hour long weight training in my basement starting off with some active stretching and ended with a cool down stretch. We did circuits of upper body, lower body, and abs in between. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His price is very reasonable and competitive. I will be working out on my own 2 times a week at the gym I belong to and train with Rob once a week. He’s very easy to communicate with and schedule a regular session. Rob is also a very easy going person, working out for an hour went by fast. After our session, Rob wrote down what exercises I could do at the gym on my own as well as went over some nutritional information and suggested calories I should be eating. Overall I’m very satisfied and pleased with his service and will continue to workout with him to get back in shape. Schedule a session with him and you will feel the difference it makes and say good bye to being a couch potato! Although I’m feeling a bit sore right now, it’s definitely 100% worth it for good health!
