While the nurse practitioner and physician are always helpful, professional, and caring; their staff stinks.
Sitting in their waiting room is an invitation to the personal lives of the receptionist and employees. Who aren’t even friendly. There is not much worse than waiting to be seen, being discarded by the staff, and listening in on their personal phone calls and even hearing their rudeness to other patients on the phone.
I think both Dr. Lin and Lisa Springer are excellent. I only hope that one day their office staff are as professional, personable and pleasant as they are.

I’m thinking about driving over to Fauquier Family Practice to see what the rudest receptionist in the world looks like. Her lack of professionalism was so staggering that all I could do was hang up. It’s bad enough to feel ill, but to have to speak to some surly cretin just to get an appointment was like a flamboyant slap to my already sick face. I’d rather drive out of Warrenton to find help, no matter how sick I was. Is it really that hard to be nice?

How friggin sad is that. SHAME ON YOU Unilocal!!! HIre more employees or get your friggin software together to prevent double names.

PA Lisa Springer is very, very sharp and should be a doctor. I have been serviced by just showing up (when really sick). Many doctors would not do this and make you schedule an appointment the next week (I do however, recommend making an appointment). Lisa is high-​tech and uses software to help diagnose conditions. Prescriptions are instantly transmitted on-​line to your pharmacy of choice.
Dr. Lin is the doctor who the other doctors use according to some of the Fauquier Hospital nurses that I have spoken with. I’m lucky to have found this place.
