Bike Stop

I stopped in recently just as they were closing. They allowed me to come in and grab a new tire, levers, co2, and sealant so I could ride again the next morning. Very helpful! Next time I am in the area I will surely stop in.

I needed to get my road bike serviced and tuned and didn’t want to leave it somewhere for a week.
I had read favorable reviews on this place so I called.
They said it was a 2 day turnaround.
They kept their word and I got it back in 2 days and $ 70 later, I’m a happy biker!

It took 10 minutes for anyone to help me when I dropped my bicycle off for service, it seems that all employees were busy talking to one customer that seemed to be a regular customer. It reminded me of Floyds barber shop on the Andy Griffith Show, several people there to help but nobody did. Finally when the regular customer ran out of fun things to talk about, one of the 5 employees that had been listening for that 10 minutes decided it was time to help me. Picked up the bike today and the $ 120 service that included parts removed, cleaned, and lubed was only reserved for regular customers, not for me. Again I waited for 10 – 15 minutes for the bike to be returned to me from the back and it was only returned when I asked a second employee to find out what happened to the first guy, come to find out he got side tracked talking to someone else. For the amount of people who appear to work there customer service should be more responsive, it is after all a place of business not a biker hangout. I dropped off a bicycle that had been sitting for several years and that is exactly what I got back.

Great shop, knowledgable staff, quality rides. I have brought my bike in many times to have something tweaked and they fix it on the spot. They have also given me tips on fixing my bike myself.

This is a great shop with knowledgable people who work there. They can help with any repairs to your current bike or help you find that perfect first bike or the perfect new replacement bike. They also carry great merchandise. Like helmets, gloves and eye protection and bike shorts!

Bob and his team are the best! Awesome staff, dedicated to giving exceptional service. I’ve purchased two bikes from them and have been very happy with each purchase. If you are a novice or a seasoned cyclist, these are the guys (and gals) you need to see!

As a rank and file beginner, the guys at the Bike Stop could have absolutely (bad pun alert) taken me for a ride. Instead, they have been conscientious of my budget, my goals and my needs, and have taken every opportunity to help me learn along the way. And they’ve done all this without ever once making me feel dumb.
