The staff was very helpful & accommodating throughout the check-in & check-out process. It’s a shame such nice friendly women are not given a nicer facility to manage. We barely got a room anywhere so on one hand perhaps lucky to found this but maybe we should have just drove the rest of the way home instead. We based our selection on almost nothing being available so it came down to the nicest available pool for the kids. There were several things that contributed to our general«unhappy» experience though. 1. Unfortunately the pool had an electrical problem so they closed it which really put a damper on things. 2. Refrigerator not working 3. Loose unsightly floor tiles in the bathroom 4. Tiny TV — would rather have a larger tube TV 5. The door to the room doesn’t latch unless you really pull the handle up 6. The breakfast was generally gross, the food was mostly flavorless & appears engineered 7. The breakfast serving area very crowded, cramped & not organized efficiently. 8. The alarm clock was found on the floor behind the bed not plugged in but it worked fine 9. There was no telephone in the room — we all have cell phones anyway just seems weird I can’t call the front desk easily(but with a list like this who would want to hear from their guests?) 10. The remote control did not work very well, I am not sure if it was the batteries or worn out buttons. 11. How come there is a desk with no desk chair & a sitting chair with no occasional table? Was any of this furniture meant to be actually used? 12. The wardrobe cabinet knobs are missing, the piece looks OK in the room I guess but it would be better if it were a functional piece of furniture. 13. Considering the poor condition of the facilities & poor condition of the room upkeep it’s totally an insult to customer service & all of your customers to be providing these conditions while at the front desk asking for a security deposit to protect against damage. Obviously lack of maintenance & upkeep has been the most damaging experience in this properties life so don’t blame it on your customers. Baymont corporate should be ashamed of this place! If you are super tired & just need a place to crash & nothing else is available definitely consider this place but if you need /want or expect things to function & be available for you to make your stay more comfortable just sleep in your car & eat at the Denny’s you’ll be glad you saved the money.

If you need a place to stay for just the night but don’t feel like spending a great deal of money I think this place is a good solution. They offer breakfast from 7 – 10 but if you don’t want that you can go down the street and eat at Denny’s. Even though it’s right off of an exit it you do not hear much of the traffic noise. When we checked in and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. She explained where our rooms where along with the morning offers and check out information. We had two queen beds which were pretty comfortable. The furniture inside though is dated and they could use an update. The bathroom area is separated but the sink area is very large. There’s only one sink but a great deal of counter space and mirrors. There is tons of lightning too. The tv is a mounted flat screen granted we didn’t turn it on. There is a microwave and nice size fridge in the room also. If you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head real fast this place is ok.

Cold breakfast, not much to eat, hard biscuits, sour yogurt. Go to Hampton if you want a nice breakfast. Overall I slept very good.

Would give 0 stars if able. I stayed at this hotel on my wedding night. The room was just ok. No major complaints. The issue was with the staff. I booked the room about 2 months before the date of my wedding. About a month before the night of our stay the hotel changed management. I called to confirm that my reservation was still on the books. It was not. I made another reservation and they quoted me a rate twice as much as the original reservation. I told them this and they said they would get back to me about lowering the rate. Never got a call back. I called them again and finally got a reservation with the original rate. Thought all was well. I called a couple weeks out from my wedding day to confirm the reservation and to block off some rooms for some of my out of town guests. Again, they did not have my reservation. I was shocked. I booked the room a third time and just crossed my fingers that it would be held for me on the wedding night. Luckily, it was. My wedding day came and my bride to be checked into the hotel a little bit early than they normally allow. I appreciate them letting her do that. We stayed in the room and it was clean and everything was fine. On our honey moon I noticed that I was charged 2 separate charges for the room. I called the hotel and they told me it was a pre– authorization and that one of the charges would be taken off. I was leary, but trusted them. Not sure why. After a week or so, the charge was still on my account so I called again and was told the same thing. Again I waited another 10 days and it was still not resolved. I called a third time and finally figured out that they had 2 reservations for me, one of which they had misspelled my last name. This was probably why they didnt have my reservation earlier. I was charged a no show no call fee for the room. They told me they would refund the charge. A week and a half later the money was still not back in my account. I called again, the fourth time now, and again told them my story. They finally fixed the mistake. Not once in my dealings with the hotel did I get an apology for their mistake or sympathy for my frustration. Needless to say I will not be staying in this hotel in the future nor recommending it anyone I don’t hate.

Needed a place to crash on our way to Shenandoah. Found this online and booked it for $ 72. Was expecting a dump after reading online reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. I usually won’t stay at a place that has a «motel» look(the room doors were on the exterior of the building) but the room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfy and we had cable tv. Only complaint is that the shower water was lukewarm the entire time. Free breakfast included sausage gravy and biscuits! Also enjoyed the yogurt with granola bowls.

No stars. Stayed here for a friends wedding. Had to call back 3 separate times to get the reservation correct. Got there and was shocked to see they had a room for me. Hilariously they had rooms for the bridal party but not the bride and groom. Finally got into my room which had a weird smell on top of stink bugs. Everything is fine up until a week later. I receive a second charge for my stay. I call and explain that the bride and groom paid for one night of my stay and I paid for the other. Why did you charge me twice, etc. Still waiting to hear back from the manager. Stay somewhere else in Warrenton. Anywhere else. See if Denny’s down the road will let you nap in a booth, it’s probably cleaner.
