Went to Golfsmith today for a new set of irons. Staff was very nice and had great suggestions. They didn’t pressure me to get anything out of budget and were easy to work with. Highly recommended

Poor customer service. Never going to shop there again. I felt unwelcomed by this associate. I was just trying out some drivers using those screen thing and this associate came by and put a ‘closed’ sign kicking us out. Maybe he thought I was not going to buy anything or maby i didnt look wealthy enough to play golf. But they should not treat customers based on how they look.
