I came to über bistro at the recommendation of Unilocal reviewers and was very pleased with my experience. The burgers were excellent and the brioche buns were exceptional. The owner stopped in to check on things and came over and asked us how things were. We told her very good and then she sent over for free the bread pudding(not on the menu, was a special) and ice cream. What exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back!

The double burger was juicy and very tasty. The bun and dressing were spot on. Actually the single burger would have been plenty. The hand cut fries and fried pickles were a disappointment. The fries were lukewarm, not crisp and had no flavor. Since we were the only ones in the restaurant, I would have expected better. The pickles were thick, salty and sour which was a good thing. But the breading on the outside was too thick and very greasy.

Had a classic burger and coleslaw. Both were delicious! The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had! If I make a return trip to this area I would definitely go to this place again.

Food was good. Really terrific service. Tough to make a mark in this space since there are a boat-load of these types of burger places; so, the menu wasn’t special. Unfortunately, wouldn’t go out of my way to go back b/c making a great burger is now par for everyone.

Ordered the crab cake sandwich along with A side of Cajun fries Sandwich was excellent! Delicious crabcake made with an excellent roll and coleslaw Though I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes for my lunch to arrive, it was delivered 15 minutes after I placed my order!!! So happy I found an excellent restaurant that delivers in Basking Ridge

Über Bistro used to be Brioche Burger Bistro. Easy to find with tons of parking in the plaza on the intersection of Mountain Boulevard and Mt Bethel(Warrenville Road). This is the plaza with Starbucks and Kings. I’ve had several burgers on the menu so far, and each one has been very good to excellent. I especially love the buns they use for the burgers: they are soft and melt in your mouth, not like your typical rock-hard bun from a bar-burger. I’m not a fan of their wings. Everyone has a personal preference as to wing-style, these just didn’t do it for me. They weren’t bad, just not the same high quality as their other menu items I’ve sampled. Its nicely decorated, very clean, with the menu items clearly displayed on large boards over the front counter. You order at the counter, then wait for your buzzer to go off. The staff has always been friendly and super nice, the orders have always been accurate. An excellent choice if you’re in the mood for a high-quality burger.

Good food, nice looking place, nothing but good things to say about this place. I only had the buffalo panini and cajun fries, both were delicious!

I love this place! The items on menu are so hard to choose, as I wanna eat everything. Lol. I had the Mexican burger, with a substitute of chicken rather than beef. It was delicious and filling. For an authentic burger and great quality fresh ingredients, the price is justified. Overall, Quick service for a Friday night and the décor is very trendy! I can’t wait to come back here again!!!

I like this place. The food was EXCELLENT — Everything looked good — I got the chicken Caesar wrap and mozzarella sticks, both were very very good. Going to emphasize this again — what I got was really good ! It was a little cold inside, definitely needed to wear a jacket in there. Prices were moderate, but they scale with other prices around town. I got a coffee — pretty dang good also and organic. More expensive then Starbucks(just barely) Environment is really nice though, cool seating and comfortable. This place attracts repeat customers, atleast that’s what one person said it the day I went there. Should be quite a nice place for lunc/brunch or dinner on a sunny summer day! Outside seating is going to be the deal to get! They got it all here, definitely a hot spot. After another visit or two this will be 5 stars.

The burgers and other food they offer are so good. Can’t complain about the food at all. They have younger adults working there so the professionalism isn’t what it could be. At one point my friend and I were left alone in the restaurant while the staff went out back. I’m not sure what was going on, but we shouldn’t have been alone in the restaurant regardless if it was slow or not. They have potential, but I think management just needs to have a conversation about professionalism.

I went double cowboy, and I loved it. 100% agree that the sauce was sweet, but that’s the way I like bbq sauce. The wings were breaded and not very spicy. Exactly the way I don’t want a wing. So I’d say go for the burgers, skip the wings.

The food here is amazing and it’s also GMO free and they use grass fed organic beef in their burgers! The staff is friendly, and the owners are the nicest people. I will for sure be back to try what else they have to offer. I recommend this place 100%, and they have more to offer then just burgers, give them a try!

I’m not sure if they sold to new owners or just haven’t been making money but it seems like the last few times I’ve been there the quality seems a little off and they also raised their prices pretty dramatically. A double burger now comes out to over $ 11.

Official Burger Quest Stop 2 I ordered the double Cowboy. Overall the burger was okay. The burger was a good thickness and not burnt at all, but was not flavorful and at times was even bland. The barbecue sauce was very sweet to the point of almost being overpowering, the onion straws good, and the bun of moderately good consistency. Not necessarily a bad burger, but if the burger is to better then burger prep should be changed and more carefully chosen toppings. The Cowboy is not original, but could stand out if made better. The atmosphere is nice; the fries came out cool and were not very crispy. They had some flavor but not much. Eat here if you are hungry, but it will not necessarily be impressive. Overall rating: 3.3÷5

On our second visit, brioche solidified its position as our favorite burger spot. Today we ordered different items off of the menu, the cowboy, the Mexican and reg fries and tater tots. The burgers were dynamite, the tots were really tasty, and the fries were well seasoned. The staff is so courteous.

Let me start by saying the food here is good and definitely worth a try, but the reason they are getting 3 stars is for the service. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was delicious. The chicken was nice and crispy and it had just enough sauce. My friend ordered the lamb burger and it was good, but not as good as the lamb burger from Turf & Surf in warren. We also ordered the cajun fries which had great flavor but it was soggy and not crispy. Lastly we ordered the fried Oreos, which lets be honest, you can’t go wrong with fried Oreos so that was good too. But you could tell they used the cheap Oreo version and not the real Oreo brand. But still good. Everything went well until I went to order fried Oreos which we ordered it after our burgers. 30 mins later, still no Oreos. Mind you, the place was not busy at all and every single employee saw me and my friend sitting at the table, burgers done, just waiting. Who just waits like that for 30 minutes unless expecting something? No one came to check on us, and the employee at the counter could have definitely remembered that we ordered Oreos instead of standing there on his phone. Finally, I went up and said something and they apparently forgot/didn’t see to check our order and make it. Good thing I said something otherwise they would’ve made us sit there forever. Then 15 mins later the Oreos came out. The employee from the register apologized but I definitely think everyone there could’ve been more attentive figuring we were 2⁄4 people sitting in this place. This really ticked me off and definitely turned me off from going there again. Who knows, they just opened I think so maybe with time they’ll treat customers better. Give the burgers and sandwiches a try.

Oscillated between 3 and 4 before settling on the 3. I ordered delivery online through Grubhub which estimated 30 minutes. The confirmation mail upped that time to 45 – 60. My food did not arrive until 90 minutes later. I was pretty understanding as it was prime dinner time on a Saturday so they were probably in the weeds(benefit of the doubt here). On the other hand they have a delivery minimum and a delivery charge so 90 minutes is absurd. Burger and fries were still warm and not soggy so at least it was delivered quickly once it was made. My Cowboy Burger was solid(a tiny bit dry) and a big portion at $ 10 but a single patty option would be appreciated. Fries were a let down. They were a bit underdone and seemed to be in the midst of an identity crisis. Not thick or potato-y enough to be «steak fries,» not done enough to be belgian/french style, and not thin and greasy enough to be a classic American(ok McDonalds) fry. House cole slaw was the surprise stand out; it tasted fresh and had the perfect amount of dressing.

This place has the best burgers in my area. The burgers are so juicy and full of flavor. I love that they have my favorite tater tots. The pulled pork mac and cheese is delicious. My daughter loves it. I have to give them praise on the turkey burger, most places I go to its dry and lacks taste but this place has managed to not only have great flavor but it’s so juicy. I have been here several times and as long as they remain here I will keep coming back.

Brioche Burger Bistro is the new kid on the block. Located in the kings strip mall with Panatieri’s. There is plenty of free parking. This is a sit down restaurant but u need to go to the counter to place ur order. There are several ways to choose from: Pick one of their signature customized burgers like the COWBOY, fried onions, cheddar cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, chipotle BBQ, buttered lettuce, red onion pickle or create ur own. They have turkey & lamb burgers along with veggie, chicken, crab and salmon. There’s Blt’s, grilled cheese, & pulled pork. I chose the lamb shirazi burger. Hand pressed lamb patty, buttered lettuce, tomato, onion, & house made tzatziki . The burger was very good. It tasted juicy and fresh. The tzatziki had hints of fresh lemon and feta cheese. I also ordered the sweet potato and hand cut fries. They came in a mini fryer basket(cute idea.) The fries were very long and ½ in thick. They were seasoned nicely. The other burger was the. Rustic burger. Mushrooms, Swiss, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle. The egg gave a nice rich twist to this burger. There is a kid friendly menu too. Brioche has 7 different kinds of Mac n cheese. It comes in an 8oz bowl and u can add toppings. U can order a signature shake or a cake shake. Brioche, sells 3 kinds of salads. Good if u go with a dieter. The décor is dark burgundy leather, wood more to the manly side. The owners wife went around our area and took locals pics which were put on canvas and up on the walIs. This was a smart idea. It gives brioche a local feel. I like the fact u can watch ur food being prepared behind glass windows but u don’t get all the smokey smell. The staff was very friendly and courteous . This place is still working out some of the kinks. I would recommend giving them a try.

BEST burgers in the area. Great to support a local business. Meat is organic and grass fed. Prices are VERY reasonable. Get the Cajun fries thick cut and VERY tasty. The ingredients are so fresh. You also don’t walk out of the restaurant smelling like a burger joint. I had the no bun burger and was presently surprised when i was brought TWO patties. Service is also fast and you cans refill your fountain soda.
