Went to a birthday party there over a February weekend. Good selection of toys, playhouses, slides, climbing wall, bounce house/​ball pit and a «function room». The weekend we were there there was NO HEAT. We were instructed to take off our shoes to keep down the winter dust (understandable), but without heat the building was too cold to have fun. There was also no soap in the bathroom or brooms or instructions for cleanup afterwards. When the party organizer called to ask about possible discount– due to 20 frozen toddlers, parents and babies– The Playroom staff accused the party host of turning on the air conditioner and taking the soap– then she hung up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We won’t be back.
