If I could give this doucher no stars I would. I initially had a bad ball joint and steering arm; I even asked after getting it back the first time and it still not trekking right, if he checked my ball joint to which he said yes. Well 6 visits total, a new rack and pinion (which I didn’t need or have a problem with) and 2 visits later to the dealer because I lost faith in anybody else besides the dealer my truck is riding right now. Do yourself and everyone you hold dear a favor, DO NOT PAY THIS jackstrap a visit and go somewhere else. This guy should be jailed for what he put me through.
