3 yrs ago I was new to the area, had not yet established a dentist yet and had a broken filling! My co worker referred me with a 5 start review. Honestly I thought he might have been laying it on a little thick but I didn’t have many options and was freaking out because my tooth felt so jagged!
I called and was fit in right away, they staff was friendly warm and cared for my issue.
I loved the through treatment and patient /​doctor communication so I choose to become a regular patient.
Then I messed everything up by making the silly choice to change my insurance so I could get free 100% covered dental. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! You get what you pay for! I was treated like cattle, spent more time waiting and had a rushed non personalized experience (Midwestern dental)
I can’t say enough about Dr Michelle. She has great chair side manner and makes sure I fully understand my choices and we make my treatment plan together. The office staff takes the same time to review the best way I can maximize my insurance and makes easy understanding of these complicated insurance plans.
I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore!!! And they give me the good stuff… the gas ;).
