Great place, fast service. Priced right. Failed to install requested back up, but in all fairness my instructions could have been better. Minor flaw and i will return for service in the future.

At first I found the owner Dave and service tech Tim to be prsonable and knowledgeable. However I soon found this to be less than true. To begin with, when I dropped off my computer to be repaired, they said we will call in a day or two to let you know what we found. From there the communication almost stopped. I had to repeatedly call to find out what was going on with my repair, what did they find. It took a week. From there I was told I needed a new motherboard and one had to be located. They found one in China which took 2+ weeks to be delivered. After it was installed at a cost of over $ 400, the computer failed after about 3 weeks. When I took it back, Dave the owner essentially said too bad, bad part, not his problem and refused to order another and repair it. At this I was willing to pay for labor but they refused. As part of the problem I told Dave the owner that he needed to get pay attention to his promises to be responsive to customers and that Tim especially was irresponsible about returning calls and keeping the customer informed. Dave got extremely angry at me and flat out told me «don’t tell me how to run my business». His demeanor and attitude was unprofessional and outright hostile. A complete waste of time and money to use these guys. Run away.
