This Review is not about a particular storefront it is about metro pcs online service which all storefronts direct you to use Without question the worst customer service possible first you are sent to an automated system that sends you in repeated circles every time you attempt to use it and if as in my case your issue is not one of the limited menu choices good luck. when after multiple attempts 4 separate calls you are finally able to get in touch with a live person they only give you the option of dealing with the automated system or being sent to a third party customer service co. for a fee of $ 3.00 . To top if off my problem was not one i created but an error on their side and even after supposedly resolving my problem with the use of the third party co when i attempted to pay my bill i was given the message that my account of over 2 years was not recognized and there automated system does not have a menu choice for that so even after paying for their customer service I still cannot pay them for my phone service you would think that they would want to be paid but they make it impossible to deal with any issues that arise in there process
