This is the best dunkin in the area. Always friendly, never had a problem with my order — only reason for 4 stars is because they dont have a drive through!

Fast service. Staff is very nice. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts to go to! It’s also 24hrs!

Fast and friendly, and they always know my order. What else can you ask for? Grab a coffee before jumping on the train or sitting on traffic.

I come here often enough and they serving better lately. I hope it will last the same the service becoming a lot faster etc.

Quicker than the average dunkin but not the fastest. The parking lot is awful but it’s not their fault. Its located close to the train station so they get alot of people walking in rather than driving which is good. Workers are friendly and service is good.

The worst Dunkin Donuts in the world! The employees here cant get your order right to save their lives! I don’t think they have gotten my order correct even one time! To top it off, these idiots have the GALL to have a TIP CUP at the effing drive-​thru window! Tip for what? You didn’t wait on me, deliver my food, refill my drinks! I used my gas to sit in line at your drive-​thru only to reach the window and have you give me some shit I didn’t order! Why would I tip for that?!
If the location/​drive-​thru wasn’t so convenient, I’d never go back. I’d love to say I wont, but I know I’ll be driving by one morning and pull in hoping this will be the one time they finally get it together and I leave with everything exactly how I ordered it!

This place gets one star because it’s not an option to give it none.
As a former daily commuter to the city from the Wantagh LIRR station, I wish this Dunkin Donuts were at all acceptable as a place to get coffee and/​or breakfast in the morning, but the staff here always seemed too caught up in side conversations and fooling around to actually get anyone’s order in on time so they can make their train. God forbid they take the morning rush into consideration.
But all of that almost becomes tolerable when I consider how I was treated when I found a fly in my iced coffee (when I was already on the train) one morning in the summer of 2009. I took pictures with my phone and wrote an email to Dunkin Donuts through their website and about a week later, I received a call at work from the manager (or something) of this location.
He tried to tell me that I was wrong and that there couldn’t possibly have been a fly in my coffee and that «everyone in Wantagh loves this Dunkin Donuts. They know the owner’s car and when they see him driving around they say, ‘hey, Mr. Donut!’»
1) That doesn’t happen.
2) Even in some convoluted universe where it might, that still doesn’t excuse the dozens of terrible experiences I’ve had at this DD.
I tried to tell him that I was pereptually displeased with the service I received at his location – and that any time I’ve gone into their restroom there has been some mysterious FECES smeared everywhere (seriously, this has happened multiple times) – and he kept denying that these were real things and that his store was great.
He offered to buy me breakfast to that I could see what the service there is really like. I told him that with all due respect, I knew all too well what the service is like there and I didn’t have the time to be served breakfast at his establishment. That was it. I got no other offers or anything. I wasn’t necessarily looking for a free gift card or whatever, but the fact that the sole compensation I could be offered for a perennially terrible experience at this location was more time there was enough to make me never go back.
Long story short, this DD is dirty, disgusting, and not worth anyone’s time. Avoid it at all costs!
