Convenient? Yes. Sketchy? Yes again. I’m within walking distance and will occasionally run in to pick up something when I’m in the middle of cooking and don’t want to get in the car to to to the grocery store. I have never gone in here without having to wade through a group of people loitering and smoking around the front door. Half the time it turns out that the clerk is also standing outside, just hanging out.
It serves its function, but it is not an enjoyable visit (if visiting convenience stores can be said to be enjoyable).
