Motion Moving and Storage

I’m not allowed to put Zero but this company gets ZERO Stars. Do not ever call them or book a move with them because they probably won’t show up!
I booked a move with them for 2 movers and a truck for $ 69 an hour, I thought wow… what a great deal! I called to confirm my move for May 1^st at 11:30. TWICE. Yes, no problem… it’s all set.
On the day of the move, since I’d had a terrible week I called just to reconfirm. I get the guy on the phone and he says «let me go upstairs and check the book, i’ll call you back» I think you know where the story is going…
He never calls back, 11:30 rolls around… no movers…12pm…no movers… no call. 12:30, no movers no call NOTHING! I still have not gotten an explanation as to why they just didn’t show up. Luckily I didn’t put a deposit down and I was able to find other movers at the last minute but I was furious!
Each time I called after 11:30am that day I got a voicemail, I can’t believe people run a business this way, it is ridiculous. PLEASE do not book them!
