Such a great alternative to driving. A quick ride from Alewife station to many businesses in Waltham. Reliable and on time – you can even track shuttles in real-​time online.

I love this shuttle. I take it from Waltham to my work every morning and back at night. It is free for us, but would be worth the dollar.
Always on time, clean buses and nice drivers. What more could you want!

It is time for a positive review. I am lucky in that I don’t have to go into the office very often, but when I do, it’s always a tough situation to get out to Waltham without a car. I’m able to mooch rides now and then, but it gets old.
Then I found out about the 128 Business Council and their routes of service that stop at the front doors of my and several other major office buildings in Waltham and Lexington. They pick up on schedule from Alewife Red Line station, and it is ON TIME! They take 128 (duh) so we get to avoid a lot of rush hour crap. And it’s cheap! $ 2.50 a ride is much better than the $ 7 Commuter Rail and then the $ 20 cab from the train station to my office… made that mistake once.
The shuttle is clean, quiet, and the driver has always been prompt and friendly. What a great idea for the small (but growing) number of us who want to rely on public trans for as long as is possible. Check them out!
