Lying, two faced, money hungry thief.

This man is a CONVICTED THIEF and CRIMINAL. He may cheat or lie to you or STEAL YOUR VALUABLES — including jewelry — if you engage him in any business transaction. He prowled craigslist for people selling diamond jewelry, then robbed them, all while falsely claiming to be a cancer patient.
In 2014, Judge Howard Whitehead sentenced Mr. Rosenspan to two years in jail, to be followed by five years of probation, with conditions that include mental health counseling and providing proof that he’s made restitution to his victims, one of whom was visually impaired.
Among his victims were residents of Swampscott and Haverhill, but police also recovered jewelry and other valuables that had been reported stolen in Chicago, as well as in Connecticut and in Portsmouth, N.H., where he stole an $ 18,000 ring from a Maine man.
Mr. Rosenspan may also be armed and dangerous as he allegedly has threatened at least one individual with a weapon.
