Amazing food great atmosphere and all the locals love it! The only complaint i have is they are to far way from Boston. Its pretty awesome food and desserts are great as well.

The chicken and the egg sandwich was amazing! My doggy was getting oral surgery down the street and I live so far away that going home wasn’t an option. To kill some time I figured I’d grab breakfast somewhere and found this place and I’m so happy I did. Great service, clean and cute inside and very reasonably priced especially since the food is so delicious!

I just devoured my first Farmer in the Dell sandwich. I got the turkey flatbread. It had cranberry sauce, caramelized Dijohn onions cheese, and arugula. The flatbread was definitely homemade and so chewy and delightful. if I was not so full, I would go order it again right now. I also ordered a side of coleslaw. It was not my favorite but very fresh and not covered in mayonnaise. I will definitely be going back and ordering more!

Abner and I had to go to Walpole and needed lunch, so we ate the Farmer in the Dell. I got the Cobb Salad with Tarragon dressing. Abner got the Chicken Salad Sandwich. We liked it. The place was really cold though the day we went, to a point that I was uncomfortable. Not sure what the heat situation was, but it didn’t seem to be on.

The best food I have eaten in the area. Best for lunch or take out. Everything I have had has been great! Fresh and flavorful. The Vietnamese sandwich is wonderful! Just go.

I liked Farmer in the Dell. I thought the staff was friendly, the food was tasty and the options were plentiful; however, I thought it was a tad overpriced. Also I feel like there are several other options within 10 — 15 minutes that I personally prefer over it so I cannot go higher than 3 stars. I hope to go back again sometime in the future, but I think I’d definitely have to be in a specific mood for this specific restaurant.

I had a takeout brisket dinner. the price was high — I might as well have gone out to dinner. The bread with the meal was a tiny piece and only average. They couldn’t give you a decent size piece(I am a small eater). The brussel sprouts were hard, burnt and the bottom line — inedible. The brisket was ok. Never again.

Greg and I were holed up in Norfolk, and you know what that means… you can’t get food in Norfolk you have to go to another town. Per recommendation from some residents of the great town of Walpole, we ventured out to try Farmer in the Dell. Greg was very nervous about coming as he expected the line to be very long because I guess they’re always a long line here. But we lucked out there wasn’t a single other person here. When I went to order I was a little surprised that you really can only order anything but sandwiches and baked goods. So for brunch, this wasn’t necessarily ideal. But I ended up just getting a egg sandwich with bacon and also a scone. The scone was very good and could tell it was freshly made. Both Greg’s and my sandwich were tasty and hit the spot. However given the price it wasn’t all that I expected and the options are very limited. I am not sure I would wait or go out of the way to eat Brunch here. Greg labeled it as «too gourmet». Although their little bar is very cute and I would love to come and have a glass of wine, and I’m sure their lunches are delicious. I think I need to come and try a non-breakfast time. Overall their bakery looked fantastic and it was a cute little nook in the center of Walpole, the perfect spot to catch up with friends, daydream and read while smelling fresh baked treats.

We had breakfast sandwiches here. Awesome. Very fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend this place. The breakfast potatoes are suggested with breakfast sandwiches. Had to fight my wife for the last morsel. Wait staff was friendly and personable. They also started serving lunch when we were here. Pulled pork is definitely on my list for next time!
