The Cheesecake Factory

Poor management we basically left without eating our entrees and left without anything to eat to take home as a complimentary meal as a sorry for messing up your food order and it’s midnight and you waited so long to not eat. At least we didn’t have to pay for the food we didn’t eat right? Jason the manager sucks

His Cheesecake Factory seems to have a «too big to fail» mentality. The manager doesn’t seem to care when you have a problem with your order or get bad service and certainly doesn’t do anything to fix the situation.
So far every time we’ve been to this Cheesecake Factory we have gotten the wrong order or were missing food altogether. The manager seems to think that since the restaurant is named «Cheesecake Factory» that people will just continue to show up to eat. I’m sad to say that this is probably the last time we will come to this Cheesecake Factory for a very long time.
The food is always good if and when we receive it but as mentioned above the service is abysmal and the staff think they can get away with anything. Hopefully the franchise owner realizes how bad his staff is and does a complete make over.

Came on a Sunday night around 7:15pm. Finished our meal and left around 9:15pm.
Food — 3.5*** — you can get a decent quality meal with big portions for about $ 20/​person (including tax and tip? Menu is huge so theres something for everyone. A little overwhelming if it’s your first time. Yummy complimentary bread to start off.
Restaurant — 4**** — décor is beautiful. Feels like I’m in a fancy las Vegas casino. Bathrooms are clean and a good amount of space to wait to get seated. Fire pits outside look cool.
Service — 2** — there seems to be a lot of staff, but wait time for everything was slow. 30 minutes to be seated. 30 minutes to get our orders. Not a place to go for a fast meal. But if you have at least 2 hours for a meal then go for it!

Server Becka was very nice. No negative on service. All 5 stars.
Minus two stars
1.) lack of steaks. Ordered a filet mignon and they didn’t have any.
2.) Ordered a herb crusted salmon and it was over cooked.
The server was so sweet. She had the cook remake one right away. I asked her to just wrap it to go. I was full. Tipped well because service was good. But I’m disappointed in the kitchen. They should be doing better than that.
I didn’t even want them to remake it. I just wanted to let them know my fish was overdone. Otherwise the food was yummy.

Let me start by saying I was not expecting a chain restaurant to wow me like this. The building is beautiful, inside and especially out. Service was excellent, very friendly and not too invasive. The food was delicious! I ordered the Crusted Chicken Ramano and I’ll more than likely be ordering it again next time. Loaded Baked Potato Tots on the small bites menu was perfect as an appetizer. Drinks were also delicious, could use a bit more alcohol.
Deducted 1 star for bathroom cleanliness being below average and not stocked well.
All around, will definitely return and suggest to friends.

I just don’t like seeing the taste things that go on in restaurants… What’s in my salt… Come on guys… Too expensive too not get it right

Man, Cheesecake needs to step it up. I called in for pick up for an entrée and sandwich at 1252. I go at 130 to pick up the food, and it wasn’t ready. Granted the girl at the cake counter was busy, but it not only took another 20 minutes to get my food, the order was incorrect. It surprised me as the girl who took my call asked for all the necessary details, but lo and be hold, asking for fries on the phone doesn’t equate for fries with my order. I went to the hostess to correct my order.
What peeves me the most is that I called for pick up, gave the restaurant ample time to make my order, and Cheesecake still managed to screw up and give me my food an HOUR after I called. The worst part? My herb crusted salmon tastes sour as if the chef just poured the lemon juice over it. It’s off putting and almost tastes as if the sauce went bad! So, if I get food poisoning we all know where it came from!
STEP IT UP CHEESECAKE.

Been here several times and this place is solid. Came here last night with my girlfriend and a friend to celebrate the New Years. The place was absolutely packed. The nearby garage was full, but we got lucky and found one spot. The wait time was 45 minutes, but if hounding mind eating in the bar area you can grab a table and seat if someone’s leaving. There are a lot of people standing around in the area so it’s best to ask someone sitting if you can sit there after. Our food came very quick. Within 15 or so minutes of ordering it did help we had looked at the menu while waiting to be seated as well. I ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger with fries. We also ordered the chips and artichoke and spinach dip which was superb. For desert I ordered the Marshmallow and smores cheesecake which was a bit too sweet for me, but was still very delicious. Our waiter was very nice and my only gripe is that everything is still a little overpriced, but I knew what to expect. Overall, good place I will visit again!

Got a table with two plates, but we had 3 people in our party. After our server came with the bread, I had to ask her for an extra plate.
Our food came fairly quick. Everything tasted great. The salad was bomb! Stuffed our faces and had room for a slice of original cheesecake!
I wish the bathroom had more stalls. Both times we went in, there was a line. One bathroom was out of order.

There’s alway a wait time, but the good point is that u don’t need to worry about the parking as its connected with the Stonebridge mall and u know the mall always have a big parking space. The plate of a food it huge; it can serve at least 2 people. Of course the desert, cheesecakes are really thick and creamy and a little too sweet especially chocolates. For sweet lovers here is the place to get some delicious cheesecake !

Very big variety of food to choose on the menu. I like the skinny menu too, which offer lees calories dishes and still very tasty.

Pour un Européen, c’est un incontournable: c’est typique.

Why is this place still in business?
The service sucks
The seating is too close to other patrons
The food selection is too vast. What do they say about being a master of a few items than trying to make 100 lousy food selections?!
The management sucks
The place is like a zoo and treated by teenagers
I don’t see the appeal of this restaurant and its chain.
IT SUCKS! if i could give it zero stars i would.
