T. Christine Eng, DDS Inc.

I have been Dr. Eng’s patient for 5 plus years — since her days at her former San Ramon location. When I moved to San Francisco, I traveled back to San Ramon and then to her new Walnut Creek office. The reason: She is an excellent dentist — very knowledgeable and provides quality care. I noticed that other reviewers complained about her style and diagnosis process. She is very direct. She does not sugarcoat things because she wants you to be able to practice and maintain better oral hygiene practices. Through her style and care, I have seen a significant improvement with my teeth and gum. I totally recommend her.

Dr. Eng is a very chatty, and slightly eccentric, dentist. She is also a dependable and capable dentist.
She does provide very solid care for teeth and is always chiding me to take care of them better (read: nagging!). The best thing is that she has been very responsive to needs, whether they are related to insurance changes, choosing the right health-​related procedures or otherwise.
She does appear to be working the desk and her doctor’s chair a lot (secretary moved on?), which is a little funny. And occasionally, seems a bit rushed. But her staff (what’s left) has always been generally polite and decent to work with (no issues) and when I have had questions, they have responded diligently.
The «Family Dentistry» office they use also appears on the up-​and-​up with technology. She uses emails, electronic check-​in, and the new localized X-​ray tech, so that’s all good.
The bottom line is: would I recommend her to others? Yes! In fact, I already did. My wife and one of my good friends also use her now, and are both also pleased with the results.
