Quite lovely women. They do a great jobs with haircuts. They are all older European women– MILFS AF!

Wow what extravagant service. No long waits for haircuts, and reasonable prices! I rank this #1 hair salon in walnut creek, all the workers were very friendly especially Freshta she took really good care of me and was welcoming. She also gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten, I love it. Can’t wait to be back for my next haircut! Thank you guys

Just got my haircut and as always I’m really happy with it. Staff here are really nice, I never schedule an appointment so I get a new cosmotoligist every so often and I’v always been really happy with each one so I’m glad they seem to get skilled cosmotoligists here, also really happy I stopped going to the $ 10 haircut places, the price usually matched the hair afterwords…

I got my hair cut and styled by Maryam. She did a great job. I definitely recommend her:)

This place is a joke and I will never come back to this location again. It opened at 9am. I walked in and sat down. Who ever was working was just in the back doing nothing. I had plenty of time because my car was getting a detail down the street. After 10 minutes I called the shop to see if the lady would come out. She picked up the phone and I told her I am here and would like a haircut. She said something I didn’t understand and hung up. After 10 more minutes I left. Terrible service. Who ever was working at 9:30 am on a Wednesday morning should wear a mask every time she opens her pay check because she is stealing from the company.

I was told to take a seat and wait when I entered. I think the language barrier made the direction sound a little more rude than was probably intended. After waiting 35 min, it was my turn. As the stylist was cleaning up I asked to use the restroom really quickly before we got started. Less the a minute later, I emerged to find her working on a guy who walked in just moments before she was going to start on my hair. I asked «wasn’t I next?» She told me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Because I really just wanted to get my hair cut, I DID actually wait for about 10 minutes before saying eff it and leaving. So annoying. Service and cuts there have never been great but I’ve gone anyway since I don’t care that much about my hairstyle and it’s cheap. That’s over. I’d gladly pay x2 to not have to deal with that stupid s. See ya later SuperSucks.

I thought this was decent until I looked in the mirror at home. What was she doing? she never showed me a mirror to look into to see the back when I was there. I asked for a square back but apparently now I have a round back? Ugh, never coming back ever again!

Can’t complain. $ 19 and I get my haircut how I want it every time. I think the key is to find one of the girls that does your haircut well and keep coming to the same person.

If you want a haircut from a stylist with an attitude!!! Go here!!! Worst customer service! The workers here are just horrible, no respect, very low customer service. I am disappointed in the way these lady’s treated us. I’ll never be here again.

Are you joking?! I had the worst experience of my life today (as far as haircut). My haircutter was Misha. I was clear with what I wanted: short on the side, longer on top, etc. I also told her that I prefer scissors. Then starts the nightmare. She spent 40 minutes cutting my hair with scissors then start blow drying them. It was impossible to see a difference from when I came in. She barely cut anything… I asked to cut more and told her that if she is more comfortable with clippers, she could use them. Big mistake! She doesn’t know how to use them either. I had to tell her where to stop and where she had not cut yet. She didn’t notice that I had a big patch of longer hair. At the end, the haircut was not «Supercuts»… A blind butcher could have done better!

AWFUL, AWFUL, and AWFUL !!!
It was the fist time I went to SuperCut but I swear I will never go back ever! SuperCut is dead to me!!!
Every time when I go to barbershop, I simply show them a picture of the haircut I expect to have, and it’s just the normal short summer hair style for men, nothing fancy. I have never had anyone screwed up my hair cuz it’s just so easy. So when I was at this shop and showed the same picture to the barber (the older latino lady), she never looked at it but kept asking me which number it is. And it took me a while to figure out that the numbers were referring to the tools she was using, how am I supposed to know this? And why do I need to know? I showed her again the picture but she just never listens. So I gave up on that and told her just make it short. So after 5 minutes she told me it’s done, without doing anything on the hair in the back! And after another 2 minutes cutting the hair in the back, she said again, done. Then when I looked at the mirror I found that the hair on the sides DON’T EVEN ALIGN! And, it’s not even close to what I wanted!
I mean, I heard SuperCut is terrible, but never believed they could screw up a simple haircut, until today!
Don’t go there!!!

Both the ladies who have cut my hair at this Supercuts are awesome. They are friendly, and avoid that awkward «I have to carry on a conversation» feeling so common in hair cuts. There has never been a line that I see, and the often have sales on the Tea Tree shampoo, which if you know anything, you know you should buy, as it tingles and cleans.

This is my second time here. First time my hair cut wasn’t what I wanted. That was a couple years ago so I figured why not try this place again. Just as terrible this time around. She cut off an extra 2 – 3 inches more than what I wanted. I said I wanted layers and she didn’t do that either.

By far the worst haircut experience I ever had. I’m a dude who gets a quick buzz – which takes about five minutes – so it takes something momentous to screw up.
I just got back into town from a long day at work in the city, and they were open for another 15 minutes. I know how quick my haircuts take, so I didn’t think much of coming it toward closing time.
The older Asian woman cutting my hair starts asking me why I came in so late, that they’re open earlier, and gave me this nasty attitude for coming in so late! Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. DO NOT GO HERE.

I’m surprised by all the weak reviews this place gets. I guess it really depends on your experience and for me personally it has always been a really good one. The wait times are short, the stylists are courteous and I have never left unhappy. Natasha usually cuts my hair, and I am completely satisfied with the quality and consistency of my haircuts. Words of advice for those that are new would be to be as specific as possible with what you want. After you have been coming in for a while you won’t even have to remind them about how you like your hair cut.

TERRIBLE! If this had a zero star rating, that’s what I would give it. I have had nothing but poor experiences in here the last couple of years. I thought it must have improved considering this location had not gone out of business so I tried it again. Wrong I was. It has become worse. The sylist did exactly what I asked her not to do, and when she started cutting it all wrong I told her three times to stop — and she kept cutting! If it wasn’t for the fact she spoke no English, I would have refused to pay. But I saw that option turning into more of a pain than it was worth considering I wouldn’t be able to get her understand why I wasn’t paying.
I suggest anyone who considers going here reconsider. The only thing keeping this place in business has got to be its location.

These 5 stars are to the Hair Stylist Noushin (/​Noosheen/​). She is GREAT! After having a really bad experience at Super Cuts at Ygnacio Valley (Read my review below) I needed to find another professional to take care of my hair, so I went to Super Cuts on Main Street, I talked to Noushin and explained about my sad experience having my «80’s hair cut», in the past. She saw what was done and told me that she would fix my hair in two times. Actually she listens to the Customer and does what we ask for. She «fixed» almost all my hair at once, on my second trip to see her, after a couple of months, she did exactly what I asked for it and my hair was looking great !!

I just needed 10in of ponytail hacked off to donate and then shoulder length straight cut with what was left. I was surprised that most of the «cut» after the hack was done with clippers with just a few touch-​ups with scissors at the end, but it looks fine.
It’s hard to beat their $ 17 price for a cut, but if you need something fancier done in sounds like YMMV.

This is the place we bring my brother when he wants his hair cut short. He doesn’t care how it looks, feels or shakes. He just wants it not to get in his face.
I don’t come here because I’ve had bad experiences at supercuts places in the past and I like to have an actual style to my hair.
For the un-​picky this is the place to go.
