I got my haircut by Katie, she was amazing, the wash with the hot towel was great, and she cut my hair to perfection, not to mention the shoulder massage. Great experience ill be going back everytime I need a haircut. Best haircut experience ive ever had, great environment, and the most professional staff ive encountered.

Came in here at the spur of the moment with my young son this evening after having dinner next door. Trying out the Walnut Creek Sports Clips turned out to be a major, frustrating waste of time.
There were two barbers and one manger when we came in with just two customers ahead of us (one already in a chair getting a haircut). About 10 minutes after we signed in one of the barbers finished giving the customer ahead of us a haircut but instead of touching base and starting my son’s haircut he spent the more than a half hour huddling with his manager at the register.
More than 20 minutes into the seemingly neverending huddle with the available barber, the manager nonchalantly said they’d be with us in a little bit after she heard me asking my son if he wanted to pass on getting a haircut since it was getting late. Despite her assurances that we would be assisted shortly, about 10 minutes later we were still stuck waiting in the entry area with no sign of anyone helping us anytime soon. During that same span of time the other barber wrapped up working on her customer and then proceeded to casually clean her clippers before vanishing into the back room without ever saying a word to us. At that point my son and I walked out rather than potentially wasting another frustrating 45 minutes sitting around while available barbers did absolutely nothing.
This is clearly a new business that recently opened in this shopping center and, based on my experience, they’re not doing themselves any favors in establishing a positive relationship with new customers. I’m going to assume that the barber who spent the evening huddling with his manager at the register was receiving training but that shouldn’t come at the expense of subjecting customers to an unreasonable, indefinite wait with barely any communication from the manager and employees.
The manager seemed stunned that we left. As I told her on the way out, «You’ve got to be kidding me, you people aren’t even trying.» Abysmal customer service with no sense of urgency whatsoever.

A good pace for a quick hair cut. There is always deals when you sign up which u will receive over the mail. They have a cool feature where you can check in online for a certain time and when you show up you will be placed in front of the line.
The service is good, if you are looking for some serious hair doing or styling then this may not be your place. However for a quick month to month standard cutting this will do. I usually do my hair for around 7 to 11 bucks based on the deal coupon I get by mail.

The only reason I decided to go to this place is because of heavy advertising «place for guys». I have an undercut hair style which has been maintained at home for the pas 2 years and I thought I would get a professional one this time.
Well, my wife had to redo the haircut afterwards.
You don’t simply cut an inch of hair from the back, it needs to be treated all the way around.
Positives :
Theresa was very nice. She apologized for dirty station after sitting me in the chair. The hair wash and a wet towel on my face made the experience a bit more positive.
Negatives :
I stood at the front counter for 3 minutes before someone approached me and asked if I signed in.
It is never pleasant to sit in the chair with someone’s hair all over the place
Employees are trying too hard to sell the hair products. I noticed it while waiting and it went on through out the 40 minutes I spend at this location.
The lack of knowing hair styles and how to cut them. If I want to explain which number for you to use to cut my hair, show you pictures and ask to do this and that, I will go back to a chain that is know for that. I will never come back despite the «$ 3 off every other haircut »

Very friendly staff and cool experience. I utilized a «free haircut» coupon I had and sense I was a first time customer to a Sports Clips, they gave me a free upgrade to their MVP experience. After getting my hair buzzed down, I was lead to the wash area and given one of their apparently famous warm towels around my face. While this was going on, they rinsed my hair and the water temperature was perfect. My stylist them proceed to wash and massage my head. The chairs are leather, automatically recline and given a massage sensation as well. Lastly, I was given a quick shoulder message with one their handheld machines. The overall experience was quite pleasant. I will return.

My husband went here to get his haircut and he was so happy, which was a relief because he has had a hard time finding a good barber. Despite the fact that the shopping center is under construction, they are still open. It’s also a great deal because for 25 $ you get a cut, shampoo, massage and hot towel. Dominique helped him and she was very nice. Definitely coming back. And they take coupons!

My boys loved their experience here! All of the staff members were super friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked into the door. They got the MVP treatment and were in heaven. John and Kelsey did a great job cutting their hair. Definitely recommend and in a great location!

Love getting my haircut here! The place is under construction outside but the inside is wonderful. Employees make you feel at home. Dominque always has a smile and gives a great cut. I highly recommend!

I walked in today to got a mvp haircut and everything went super well …from my stylist (short pretty african american girl) cant remember her name had a very positive attitude and was very skilled. overall very professional. definitely will be returning
