Wow!!! One word… AMAZING! Carol is so knowledgable about skin and skin care products. She has transformed my skin completely. I know I am always in good hands with her and no matter what crazy stuff I have going on with my skin it’s no match for her, she truly knows it all. She is so open and comforting. This place is so cute and welcoming. Carol has gone way above and beyond the service I usually get on my skin from former estheticians. I look

Carol has the hands of an angel she’s the only one I let touch my face she truly gives my skin a glow clears out all my pores and gives me total relaxation she always customizes my appt to my skins needs and I always leave feeling refreshed. I love the ambience and cleanliness of this place and the location is perfect in downtown walnut Creek near shopping and the movies which I treat myself to after my facials plus a free parking lot which is a total plus in walnut Creek.

First, let me be clear… I don’t «yelp», after my facial I am compelled to. Wow. I take good care of my skin, and it has never looked better. After ONE facial with Carol. Literally the first person I spoke to after seeing Carol, commented on how beautiful my skin is. I would be remiss if I didn’t share that other than my «new» skin, I was a hot mess today. And I STILL got a compliment. And right next to Broadway Plaza? A facial AND shopping?! C’mon now… it doesn’t get better.

When I went here my skin was broken out and neglected, and when I left there was a huge difference. My skin was glowing, and there were major improvements with my acne. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and will make a huge difference in your skin.
