I ordered a part on September 9th. The charge was booked on my credit card on September 11th. After two weeks I wondered where it was. I called. They said that the part was not available. Yet: They did not contact me by phone or email that the part was unavailable. They did immediately charge me over $ 200 for the part. Basic customer service and courtesy was missing.

The lid switch broke in our washer. I called first thing the next morning, and got help immediately simply by reading the numbers off the back of the part. Got our lid switch quickly with help from the 2 employees working, although priced higher than online at other locations. I preferred paying a higher price to get it today. The whole process went quickly, and I would return again, if needed, for any other fixes. Highly recommend based on my experience.

My Whirlpool washing machine was leaking water and oil and I needed a new water pump plus a new gear case. I called around to the appliance parts stores in my area and decided to pop into Marcone Appliance. My boyfriend had also recommended Marcone. I got my two parts at(by far!) the most reasonable price I could have asked for and the two people behind the sales counter, Shauna and Leah, were awesome… so helpful and so nice to me!!! This alone would have given Marcone a 5 star rating from me. My boyfriend installed the parts and we had one problem finishing the install so he went back to Marcone to talk to Shauna to see if she could help. She knew exactly what the problem was, he came home and in 10 minutes I had a working washing machine again!!! I found out that they also know pretty much every appliance repair person in the area if you need one. I will never go anywhere else for appliance parts, service etc … if I could give Marcone, Shauna and Leah a 10 star rating, I would :-D

Service staff was extremely rude. Had to wait till the technician and the counter help finished their conversation while they gave me dirty looks the whole time as I held my 3mos old son in my arms. I could have fallen dead on the floor and they would only be annoyed because they would have to set over my body. Prices are high as their opinion of them selves. Save money and a headache shop elsewhere. APD, better prices and are helpful and will even help troubleshoot your problem.

Seem to have a good stock of parts. Prices are list(which is very high). If you’re not in a hurry, you can probably save 50% or more on-line.

The bake element went out on my range — the same day as my mother’s, and the day before my uncle(who was living with my parents) passed away. It’s a cool story. I called Marcone and ordered the bake element. My momma called a repairman. Repairman: 150.00(one year warranty) Marcone: 50.00(plus a lifetime warranty) Complete satisfaction of repairing my own range like a kick ass woman: PRICELESS I freaking rock!
