Iris Erdell, DDS, MS, APDC

Update: I received a call from Dr. Iris Erdell to discuss the ongoing issues I have experienced with her office. She offered to open the office and fix my daughters bracket, and said she would speak to her staff about communication with families of her patients.
I have to say that Dr. Erdell far exceeded any expectations I had with regard to customer service.
I certainly did not expect such a fast and hands on approach to finding a resolution. She seems to really care about her patients and about their experience in her office.
I am hopeful that the issues we have experienced are not the norm and that things will work out for the best.
My daughter loves picking out her color rubber bands when she goes in, and says the staff is always very very nice to her.
The staff has been very helpful over the last few days with appointment scheduling and discussing my concerns.
So, with that, I am changing my rating to a 4 star.

Love it here! They are so nice here! All the kids love it even when yumiko is not a patient here. They do a lot of contests to win iPads and a lot of patient appreciation events. They will work with you.

Dr Erdell is super nice and very knowledgable. All of the staff her is very welcoming and excited to see us when we visit. I have suffered from TMJ for almost all of my adult life, and it wasn’t until I saw Dr. Erdell that I was out of pain. Finally, no more popping, no more clicking, and no more pain! WOO HOO! It is difficult to find someone that REALLY knows how to deal with TMJ pain. Absolutely Fantastic! Thanks again!

Dr. Erdell took over an exisiting practice and we were skeptical having had a relationship with previous ortho; however, she was warm and extremely knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done in Phase 2 for my 12 yr grandson after two years of just wearing a retainer when first round of braces came off. She and all her staff made him and me feel extremely comfortable and he can be quite difficult but has done great with her AND HER STAFF’s patience answering all his questions as things are going along. Pricing has been fair as well as Payment plan set up for my daughter. All appointments are set up in advance and rarely have we had any wait time. If we are early, generally with enough staff, they usually take my grandson early. Very happy

Dr. Erdell is super sweet and came highly recommended by my dentist and I totally see why. She is great with kids and my son definitely liked her. I’ve been to another ortho for consult and although she was nice, I wasn’t completely sold on her. Another HUGE plus is her rates are very reasonable compared to other orthos in the area. Plus they offer monthly payments with no interest! Been dreading getting braces for my son after hearing how much it was going to cost… now I feel much more at ease! Thank you Dr. Erdell!

We are very happy to have Dr. Erdell as our orthodontist! The staff here have made my 11yr old daughter feel very welcome and comfortable. Braces can be scary but they have gone above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. Their prices are reasonable and they are flexible with payments too!

Dr. Erdell is the best orthodontist, she is very caring and will give you the smile of your dreams. She has completed my sisters orthodontics and did amazing job, this made me want to get my orthodontics done by her as well. I only have one more month left with my braces and I am extremely happy with my results Dr. Erdell has given me a perfect smile. I very highly recommend her she is the best!
