Homewatch Cargivers

This review is long overdue.
Due to a family emergency I needed someone to come to my home on a very short notice and take care of my children, while I was working.
I used my company’s back up care — Bright Horizons.
Making the arrangement/​booking was very quick — I called on Saturday, which for most companies is a day off, but to my surprise very shortly after my call to Bright Horizons, I received a call back and was all set. I was told Mary will be my kids’ caregiver for the next few days.
Mary was great — my kids (ages 4 and 2) loved her. They did not want to let her go on the last day as they knew she was not coming back on the following day.
She engaged them — read books, did projects with them (and bought and brought the materials herself), played with them outdoors, went for a walk with them in our neighborhood.
It turned out that she and her husband are the owners of the company. She is so down to earth, extremely nice and caring, and I could tell she enjoyed spending time with my kids, that it was hard for me to believe that she was the CEO.
Mary is an amazing woman. Not only she helped me with my kids, but she also helped me with their laundry (took initiative herself, I never asked her), and then while both of my children were napping I caught her cleaning the kitchen countertops after she had just finished cleaning the stove top and the microwave. Her simple explanation — I don’t like to sit around.
I highly recommend Mary and her company, and will definitely use their services again!!!
