Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. This guy is SLOW as molasses and non-​responsive. I’ve been in business for many years and have never experienced such non-​responsive slow moving service — EVER. Especially for the money you’re paying… I think not. Go find someone young with some drive left and is eager to help you instead of this old fart trying to pad his retirement! STAY AWAY BIG TIME!!! After wasting my time for a month he «dropped my case» because I complained that he was not moving fast enough and AS PROMISED i might add. So I was basically back to square one with a bill from this person for doing basically nothing for me but causing more cost and stress to my life. Totally unexceptionable and unprofessional behavior. I’m sure he won’t be around long but if you cross his path, run!
