This is the worst office. What makes this practice terrible is the disrespect to family practice of medicine. My family has been seeing DR. Endo for years. As a healthy person in my 30’s I haven’t seen Dr. Endo for 4 – 5 years. I called to schedule an appointment and was told he is no longer taking new patients. He has seen my dad die to cancer, he has given me physicals, how in the world am I new patient? Why, because they don’t generate enough $$ from me. Because I haven’t been to the practice in over 3 years they terminated my relationship without prior notice. Am I too healthy? So the medical practice or at least this reviews clients who don’t bring in enough revenue and terminates the relationship. WOW! There was a time were family doctors were respected and they actually cared about their patience. All we are now today is a revenue source!!! Get your compasion together Dr, Endo, I expect more from you and your practice. I get more personalized service from my insurance agent and he has never given me a physical!!!

Dr Endo is a very nice, gentle man, but the time has come for him to transition into retirement. His patient base has become older and older requiring more of his time to manage their cases well and he just does not have the time to do that. His office transitioned long ago to computerized medical records and for my mother, this led to a lot of miscommunications and unintentional bad decisions. I took my mother to see him because he came highly recommended, but in retrospect, that was not a good decision. As a human being, he is wonderful… and one wants their physician to be kind and have a good bedside manner, but a good physician needs to be much more than that.

Dr. Endo has been my PCP for some years now. Here is a physician who really seems to care and demonstrates it by actually spending time with me. I just had an annual physical yesterday and we were able to converse without me feeling he had to bolt.
On several instances in the past when I asked a question via email he actually called me at home. No, I’m not kidding.
I understand physicians are under a lot to time constraints and given the governments unsolicited meddling in this area I find it refreshing and conforting that my medical concerns will be addressed.

My entire family has been under the care of Dr. Endo for years and years.
The most patient knowledgable Gentleman and Physician.
This Doctor says it the way it is .
We are so very lucky to have found him.
My Dad calls him the great Doctor.
