Drainage Pros

I cannot recommend this company. Greg came out, and they charged $ 150 to assess a drainage problem and were to provide a written proposal. After 6 weeks we have still received no plan for repairs, and when you call the mailbox is full. We had to have someone else make repairs to address the water issue. In doing so we learned that what Greg was proposing during his site visit would not have solved our problem.

I recently employed Drainage Pros to replace a sump pump in my backyard. Rich, the owner, showed up quickly, worked efficiently and charged what I thought to be a very reasonable price as compared to other estimates I received. In addition, he made a free follow up call to replace a defective part that popped up after the fact. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work and I would use Drainage Pros again if the need arose.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I originally hired another contractor that put in an unleveled patio and a French drain that completely failed the first rain. I asked a few contractors to help me. They never followed through. Drainage Pros was the only company that helped me. Richard was polite, professional, and sent me a competitive quote within 24 hours.
Rich’s team took out my existing pavers and cleaned them one by one, leveled and repaved my entire patio using the herringbone pattern, and reinstalled the French drain. This was done in a timely manner. These guys are amazing. They worked tirelessly preparing the ground.
After that, they meticulously relayed my pavers. Everything was properly installed to my satisfaction.

We required drainage around our entire house. In order to excavate and lay the drainage pipe our front and rear decks had to be dismantled. This was done board by board. The boards were numbered and when the job was done all were meticulously put back in the correct order. You’d never know the decks were dismantled. Some of a cement patio had to be removed. Good as new now. The men came on time, the job was done in the time estimated. The place was cleaned up daily. All we have to do now is wait for the winter rains to be sure all is working as guaranteed. If it doesn’t work, I will let you know.

We had a different experience with Rich than other posters. We hired Rich to not only address some drainage issues, but also to landscape our yard. Rich worked hard to earn our business, presenting us with several options and price points. He also called us back promptly when other contractors did not. The work was done on a timely basis and with attention to detail. If there were problems or misunderstandings, they were resolved. Since the job was completed, there were a couple follows up issues that were resolved to our satisfaction. I would recommend Rich and his team.

Do NOT waste your time calling this man! I had a very similar experience to the other review posted here. Richard talked about how experienced he is and how he’s looking forward to helping us, how he is the only one in the business with a guarantee… I admit, I was impressed. Next thing you know, he doesn’t even bother to send us a proposal or return phone calls!
