Color + Image Studio

I absolutely do not recommend this studio. Diane is all about making money, with little or no regard for her clients. I am not alone in my experience. It was negative, extremely costly, and ineffective. How she believes treating people disrespectfully is a good business model is inexplicable.

I had an arrangement with Diane Oles that was covered by a deposit. When it came time to return the deposit, Diane charged me what appeared to be excessive fees and refused to provide receipts to cover the charges, as required by State Law. Several communications later, Diane still refuses to return the funds or provide receipts for the charges. I would not recommend Diane or her studio in the future.

My wife loves Diane’s color and Image studio, the products and treatments make her feel good about herself. It’s also a great idea for me to get for my wife a couple of gift certificates for those treatments on a special occasion, she in fact loves it! If you haven’t tried it I would recommend this to all you husbands wondering what you’re going to get your wife for her next birthday or anniversary gift!

The most wonderful place for many Image services. Lots of skincare machines. Had my dark spots and redness removed very successfully. Diane is a doll!

BEWARE, TOTAL RIP OFF AND ROUGH TREATMENT!!!
I paid $ 85 for a 15 minute facial!!! Diane was rough and did not lighten up when I asked, probably a good thing it was only 15 minutes or I would have walked out with more wrinkles then when I went in!!!
To start the whole disappointing event, Diane was walking out to her car when I was walking up for my appointment. She acted like she didn’t recognize me at first (mind you I spent $ 500 on physiodermie products from her the week prior), until I spoke up. She said I was early (9 minutes) and that she was going to lunch, if I could come back at 1:30p. I said my appt. was at 1p. She disagreed and proceeded to ask me if I could do something for the next 40 minutes while she went to lunch. I said no, because I was going to the grocery store after my appt. We went into her store and she said «YOU MUST HAVE MISREAD YOUR APPOINTMENT CARD»! The audacity to put blame on me, I put my appt in my phone and had been looking forward to this facial all week! She checked her books and saw it was HER MISTAKE!!! I could tell she was not happy with her finding. I have NEVER paid $ 85 for a rough 15 minute facial. I get them regularly and pay $ 85-​$ 90 for 60 – 90 minutes of pure heaven. At one point during the facial she turned to do something and whacked me in the head!!! Talk about relaxation, NOT! This woman needs to close her doors.
I felt so cheated and mistreated, that I had to warn potential customers. She really missed out on a loyal customer.

I came here for a «makeup class.» It was okay but not earth shattering but it really was a ploy to sign you up for a «free personal makeover» that then you feel you have to purchase something after. However, ultimately, I cannot recommend this establishment is because the owner is not sincere and frankly a bit condescending. I look young even though I am now 37 and a physician and she took one look at me and treated me like some stupid teenager/​young adult. I feel that her goal was to make sure you purchased something. I see a lot of patients everyday and I can tell when people are not sincere. She definitely is NOT. Would not go again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Sorry.
