I have not always been a Unilocaler and never thought I would be. But now that I am, I am going back in time and giving reviews and for all experiences. In my case Rizwan, fixed my laptop about a year and a half ago and not only made it work, it has continued to do so better, faster, and perfectly since that time.
For what it’s worth to you I support this business and can heartily reccomend you do the same.

My man Riz is awesome. He was very upfront and accurate with his analysis of what happened to my computer. He and Jonathan were able to get me back on track and serve as a reminder to back up the important documents, pictures and content on my laptop.
I would recommend CCI computers to family and friends because I trust them to do high quality work at the right price.

Rizwan and Jonathan have saved me many times when I didn’t even know what I needed. Over and over again, they have filled my needs, even when things have been especially tedious as is required in my particular industry. They have built two computers for me at a very reasonable price, which have worked quite satisfactorily for years.
They are always professional and helpful and cordial. Maybe they aren’t for everybody, but I know I don’t want to go anywhere else, especially after searching around for help years ago when I was so fortunate as to find these guys in this seemingly simple shop on Main Street in my own home town of Walnut Creek.
You might want to give them a try but it’s like my excellent car mechanic. I am not sure I want to tell you. What if they get too busy and I can’t get in as fast as I am used to? just kidding. They always find time for my little needs.

I was recently in a huge bind when my laptops hard drive crashed. Unfortunately, I was told that my data, mainly my pictures and music, was unrecoverable. Then CCI Computers came to the rescue. With the expert help of Jonathan and Rizwan, not only were they able to recover ALL of my data, but they did it in one day! Rizwan also advised me to not only back up my data in the future on an external hard drive, but recommended that I utilize a cloud service as well. He informed me that CCI offers a cloud service and at a very reasonable price, but was not pushy at all. I will definitely be utilizing the cloud service thought CCI for my two computers. I strongly recommend CCI computers for all of your computer repair needs.

Great, reliable, fast and affordable service. My companion Freddy introduced me to this shop and I’m so happy he did. We’ve take our sons lap top there, our computers and they were so helpful in finding particular cords I needed for my music station. Thanks CCI computers for all your great help!

Did what I asked them to do, in less time than what they had quoted me. The only complaint I had was with the person handling the front during my pick-​up. He seemed bothered that I had asked for a box to carry my laptop in (I did drop it off in a box).

I love this computer store. I have been a customer of CCI computers for so many years I can’t remember how many. Frankly I don’t know what I’d do if I never met Rizwan so many years ago. I am a retired pilot and have always been a flight simulator enthusiast. Now in my retirement years I absolutely love the spectacular realism that is provided by today’s high-​end flight simulation products. Using these high-​end products requires a lot of computer upgrading and improving (the developers are always writing their new programs up to the standards of the very latest computers out on the market)— over the years with the help of Rizwan and his technician Jonathan I’ve been able to remain on the cutting edge without going crazy and overspending. I recently built an absolutely top-​notch superhigh quality superfast computer at CCI— I found the specs for the computer in one of my flight simulator magazines and simply brought them to Riz he was able to build me one that was a little bit better than the one in the magazine for less than half the cost.
Whatever have a computer problem I call CCI and for the most part there able to tell me how to fix it over the phone. If they can’t fix it over the phone the use a program like team viewer to go into my computer and see if they can’t fix it for me right then and there— I am never charged for this «go to my PC“type of service so when I go to the shop I demand to be allowed to pay for that service. I force payment on them because I do not want them to ever go out of business– I myself and the many friends who I have referred to them over the years would be totally lost if they were to cease to exist. I know that they are well-​liked and respected in the community and whenever I am in the shop local business people as well as nonbusiness residence trail in one after the other with their small computer problems and Riz and Jonathan go about solving the problems— always for a fair price by my estimation.
CCI computers also performs the IT service for the company that my wife works for— I wife has worked for this company for over 33 years and is extremely particular about who she recommends to her bosses — years ago she recommended Riz to them and he is providing all their IT service ever since.
I like Riz a lot, and consider him a personal friend due to the fact that I spent so much time over the years having them fix up my computers— Riz is also an intelligent and erudite type of guy– worldly in the extreme and I’m always looking for an opportunity to talk him into going to lunch with me.

Jonathon is a wizard! I was near wit’s end struggling to get my iPhone and iTunes working on my new Dell laptop running Windows 7. He did what I was unable to do — even with 16 hours of online help from Microsoft’s and Apple’s websites, an hour plus on the phone with an Apple iPhone support technician, and two hours of service from a paid computer technician.
To condense the saga, I attempted to move iTunes from my old 32-​bit OS pc to my new 64-​bit OS pc. In doing so, 32-​bit code was embedded deeply in the new operating system causing attempts to load iTunes 64-​bit version to fail. I attempted all of the fixes that I could find on Microsoft’s and Apple’s websites (several times in complete detail) to no avail. It seemed that reverting back to the original out-​of-​the-​box system state was the only fix that I knew would work, but that was not a good option for me. I took the pc to Jonathon at CCI along with screen shots of error messages I was receiving. He fixed my laptop in less than 24 hours. I had my computer back. iTunes was installed and my iPhone was ready to be synched. This is the best money I will spend this Christmas.

This is where you want to go for purchasing needs, upgrades and support. I’ve had many friends that take their computers to Best Buy or the help desk at Frys. They either get charged a huge amount for having data backed up or lose it so a reformat can be done when it’s usually not needed. The people here are knowledgeable and if you have a situation out of the ordinary they are resourceful to find a solution ASAP.
Budget PCs to high end (servers or gaming) they can build it all with years of experience. Network and Internet for your home or office look no where else.

I opened a business in downtown Walnut Creek spring of this year and I must first admit that CCI is my next-​door neighbor. When I moved in these folks were very friendly and helpful in getting my Internet up and running; adding memory to my laptop and a handful of other odd jobs. What I like best is they’re not vague but straight to the point and unlike most computer repair places; these guys (Rizwan & Jonathan) have a friendly demeanor! Please do not think I’m writing this just because their neighbors; I’m writing it because they do a good job and offer affordable services.
