This is where the pros go. Today I picked up a large order of 32 gallons. They loaded it into my vehicle which was appreciated. They are professional and very busy. Kudos to Bea for helping me today. They sell the best Benjamin Moore house paint, Aura.

After doing TONS of online research to narrow down my color choices for our new house, I needed to collect some swatches to see the colors in the real world, and this small spot had lots of them, which is really what I was after. What was off putting was the design expert who sits near the swatches to help people. She was standing in front of the swatch area finishing a conversation and swapping design stories with a customer who was across the table. As I neared her, she did not greet me, nor did she bother to move even a little bit so that I could access the large area of swatches that were behind her. I actually had to politely interrupt and ask to see them. She acted like this was an imposition and moved — still not addressing me. I shrugged off her rudeness and went about my business and when the other customer left, she turned to me and asked if she could help me — I smiled and told her I’d done hours of research and was just trying to check out what the colors really looked like and she just turned away and started reading something. I left feeling that she was really rude — which negatively affected my view of this location. They did seem to have lots of paint options and had satisfied customers moving in and out — but this woman ruined this place for me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not hesitant to give me paint swatches but actual paint samples will cost you. Difficult to fine as its in a strip mall type of area.

Sometimes you have to vote for the small guys. This is a great place with quality paint. Super friendly staff and convenient location. They’ve been in Walnut Creek for years and years!!!
