Andrew Barnett, MD

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Barnett for facial surgery. He was very convincing with his experience and suggested several «add ons» which he suggested and I regret so much spending my money with him. I had a problem with the swelling immediately after surgery and Dr. Barnett had gone out of town and was quite indifferent. He asked that i return after one year which i did and then he suggested that i visit 3 other surgeons to confirm that he did a «great» job which he insisted it was. All 3 said it wasn’t a great job and I returned to talk with him. It was very difficult to arrange a time to meet with him – much different than when i went in originally. Dr. Barnett was rude, arrogant and basically insulting. He suggested that I only went to him because he was less expensive than the others I got quotes from. He agreed begrugingly that the results weren’t as good as they could have been and said he would try to correct some of them on my neck. He said occasionally he does request a refund and occasionally he does in fact to that. After my visit where he made me feel so uncomfortable and he was so passive aggressive that I decided instead of electing surgery once again with him where i would still have to pay expenses with the hospital and the anesthesiologist that i get part of the money returned. Of course I haven’t heard from him at all. I have to say that it is so worth spending more with someone with more experience and possibly someone younger who is up to date on newer techniques. I am so disappointed with the work he did and I would never recommend this experience to anyone. I read on Unilocal that some of his write ups aren’t real. I am so sorry that i didn’t take that into account before I made the decision. Also many of his photos i found out were generic and not those of actual patients of his. I think the only actual photos were those he took out of his wallet of his wife.

Be careful. As reprted by ABC news in the bay ara, this Dr used a company called Future Solutions Media which he claims hired people without his consent to write 5 star reviews. Any tme someone has many 5 stars, it looks suspicious, don’t you think? Only 10−20% should be 5 star. Don’t these reviews on here sound fake, fake, fake? Unilocal cannot be trusted. When my ex didn’t want to pay them a fee, suddenly, his good reviews completely VANISHED and this hurt his business. And this Dr’s reviews can’t be trusted either. That is not saying you shouldn’t use this Dr. Just don’t rely on the reviews.

My experience with Dr. Barnett was absolutely wonderful. Not only am I ecstatic about my results but I was extremely pleased with how easy and painless my procedure was because of the care of Dr. Barnett and his staff. He takes pride in his work and truly spends the time to make sure you are comfortable and that the procedure is smooth and as easy as possible. Both the doctor and his assistant are wonderfully helpful and are always available to address any concerns pre and post operation. Hands down 5 stars. Thank you for your time and hard work, I couldn’t be happier!

When I was looking for a plastic surgeon, Dr. Barnett’s extensive background and credentials caught my attention. I’m very happy with the results and overall, I’m very pleased with the experience. Office appointments and the hospital surgery went pleasantly smoothly, this group is absolutely professional. During my recovery, Dr. Barnett and his staff checked in on me often, and were really responsive to my inquiries. I recommended him to my best friend, who is also really happy with her procedures.
**Update: Now it’s been a year since my surgery, and I am absolutely happy with the results– the appearance is beautifully natural. I highly recommend Dr. B!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Barnett and his staff for my breast augmentation. I was referred to him by many as well as my OB at Kaiser. He was very professional and answered all my questions in advance. He never rushed me on a decision and kept me at ease through the entire process. The procedure itself went great! His team at the San Ramon Valley Medical Center was awesome. As the other Sarah said below, he also held my hand while I drifted off! Both he and his staff called to check on me every day after my surgery for the first few days– including Saturday and Sunday!
His office staff was amazing as well. They have it down to a science from the informative forms they provide, to checklists, etc. All were very knowledgeable and helpful with additional questions I had.
The results are AMAZING! I am so happy and pleased with the outcome. The shape, size, and «softness» are perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any and everybody!

I was in such good hands with Dr. Barnett. Had him put back what was rightfully mine before kids… He was so meticulous-​even down to how the nurse gave me an I.V. It has been almost a year, and I am so pleased with the results. Other doctors I went to showed me photos of their work, and I really could see a difference in shape. He addressed every possible thing that «could» go wrong that I read on the internet, and seems to reallly look out for his patients. His staff is very professional and really respected my privacy when calling and discussing the procedure. I really did my research, and he is definitely the best in the area.

Well I think the most important thing is that I am very satisfied with the work I had done.
Secondly, Dr. Barnett is very nice and personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure, from initial consultation to post-​op. His staff are also very attentive and friendly.
Overall, my experience was very positive and I would go to him again if I ever want another procedure in the future.

Dr. Barnett is a very talented and gifted surgeon. His style is to be natural! If you are considering plastic surgery you have to meet him! You will not go wrong! Dr. Barnett’s staff is awesome too!
