I saw Dr. Mozelsio who I really liked, she spent time discussing my concerns. Once I got my results back, I could view them online, however, getting ahold of a nurse to discuss next steps was impossible. They never answer and I always had to leave a message. They did call back a couple times but it was always several days later when I was working, I would call back immediately and have to leave another message.
I knew from my results being negative that I needed to schedule an oral challenge, when I called the scheduling desk, they would say I needed to leave a message with the front desk to schedule that. I did this and they didn’t return my calls. I finally was able to speak to someone at the front today after calling back, they said the next available appointment is over a month away on March 1^st.
I like this office and the doctor, but it shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to someone, and schedule an appointment.

The new office is very nice, better location with lots of parking. The doctors and nurses are smart, sincere, and helpful. I wish those qualities would extend to their front desk staff, who act bothered to be interrupted by the arrival of patients.

I saw Dr. Gendo, and he was great! Staff was very friendly and office was very nice! Did not wait long to be called to the back. Highly recommend this doctor and facility.
