I will never understand the total lack of customer service from a business. If Richard is as unresponsive to others as he was to me, I’m puzzled why people go back to him. The quality of my signs was fine, but his complete disregard to returning phone calls and emails is beyond explanation. From my very first call to him, NEVER returned a message. Oh, excuse me, he did call me back once and that was when my message said«since you haven’t returned my voice mail or email, I’ll go somewhere else.» Not only that, it took 6 weeks of repeatedly asking him to send me an invoice(which he said he would email the day I gave him my order), until I finally went in and demanded he give it to me. He started to make an excuse about how busy he was, and I just cut him off. He wasn’t to busy to bill my credit card the day I placed the order! Oh, one more thing, if you disregard my advice and do business with him anyway, stick to getting signs. They were fine, but business cards are not his area of expertise. Trust me!
