My husband and I had breakfast here on Wednesday and we were so impressed with how clean and friendly it was and the sampler plate was really good! But… I was about 2⁄3 of the way done with my home-fries and as I moved them around with my fork, i noticed a 1″ thick, dark, hair! Exploring more, there was also a smaller, curlier one!!! As I was doing this, the waitress came over and admitted she saw what was on my plate and apologized. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my potatoes or the last bite of yummy sausage! Once she returned with the check she said she’d tell her manager. As we were sitting there waiting for a manager to come over, my husband noticed that there was a cook in the kitchen(we were sitting in a booth near the kitchen) with dark hair and a beard, but no beard net! Well, 5 minutes later, still no manager. As we were getting up to leave a young gentleman came towards us but saw us getting up and turned around to walk back to the hostess station to take our money. He never once asked us how our meal was, nothing!!! Yes, I’m disappointed I didn’t get to finish my potatoes(and sausage) but more disappointed that I haven’t received a response from IHOP after

Normally I love iHop. Today I witnessed something deplorable. I went with my family and a Spanish couple who was here before us never got served. The manager made excuses for what was taking so long. We got our food and they still had not been served. My ethnicity is Puerto Rican but I don’t look it. I really think that was discriminatory and he didn’t care the clients were upset. I am a manager not in food but it’s still customer service. I’d fire any of my employees for treating someone the way I saw. Our service from the kitchen was slow and what I saw today it will be a cold day in the ground before I come back. This establishment should be ashamed of that manager. #nevercomingback

Went for brunch, has the breakfast sampler… I’m a Vermonter wanted REAL maple syrup didn’t have any… My sister in law had something good but first plate was cold. My bf had chocolate pancakes, no complaints. Left there full.

Alright so, it’s IHOP. I haven’t been to an IHOP in years but we didn’t feel much like driving around this morning. We were on our way for a hike and it was 1130 already. This location is pretty busy however, we found a spot upfront. We did have to wait as there were 5 parties ahead of us but maybe 5 minutes tops. The hostess was VERY friendly — strangely friendly for an IHOP. Matter of fact now that I think about it, our waitress was super friendly too. Coffee was strong. Not the best but do-able. We both ordered the 2×2×2. Eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes. Pancakes were good. Sausage was decent. Eggs were pretty good. For $ 20, you can’t complain. Decent service and food. Much better than I remember IHOP being. A good standby if you don’t feel like trying anything new.
