They measure by the height, so they cut the base LONG and they measure right to the tip of the long top shoot. Easily paid at least $ 15 more than it should have been. PATHETIC ! Would probably not go back, even though they are right around the corner.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that we found this place so close to home. I live nearby and only found this farm because I rode my bike past in the summer. I just added it to Unilocal because it was such a great experience getting our tree this year.
$ 53.00 was how much our tree cost.

Parking on grass and you walk around the place and look for the perfect tree. There is plenty to choose from. Each tree has a tag on it. If you find one you like just rip the bottom off the tag and bring it up to the front desk. They have a grid number system set up and a friendly guy on an ATV pulling a wagon will fly out to the tree cut it and bring it back to be measured, bagged and tied on your car. They took me and my two boys for a quick ride to the tree and back.
They have a simple measuring system with prices based on how tall the tree is.
Very well organized and friendly.
I’m sure if I had asked they would allow me to cut it down ourselves but it was fast and easy to let them do it.
