TERRIBLE service. Went in to get nails done with daughter. Nail technician was not there only assistant. She told assistant to put tips on hands. Then we waited for over an hour for her to get to the shop. Then she didn’t want to give no discount for us waiting so we left. DONT GO THERE!!!

If you don’t care about how your eyebrows come out, then this is the place for you. If you like paying for gel, only to receive one thin coat that doesn’t even span the entire nail, then you found the right spot. I’m so done giving this place chance after chance after chance after chance. And each time, it’s a big disappointment.
There’s one lady, the owner, and the other one or two employees are recently graduated nail techs. I don’t have a problem working with newbies, but the owner should set the standard. She appears to offer them no training or critiques when they fail. So now, what little customers she has remaining all flock to her instead. How are the other girls supposed to learn? And they’re always different young girls in there from the area.
Today she got an attitude with me when I returnef to have my eyebrows corrected. One brow was clearly thinner than the other but she pretended not to be able to see it. Then she offered to take some off. How can you correct something you claim not to see? I just left.
I’ve been waiting for her to show me attitude because I started getting my nails and feet done back at Davis Nails a few months back after another epic fail in her shop. And whenever I let her do my eyebrows, she woukd ask me when I was coming back. I would always say soon. She’s closer to home so I tried to work with her… just take a break until things got better in there. But after today, she’ll never see me again. for eyebrows, nails, feet.nothing. Especially when Davis Nails gives a double coat of gel? It’s a wrap.

I actually received a gift certificate for mother’s day for a manicure and pedicure. I felt rushed throughout the entire process. If just want to soak your feet and have someone to paint your nails, great place. But if your expectation is to be relaxed, this is not the place.

I’m going in today for my first time. Hopefully it’s a great experience. I’m actually searching for a new nail tech for certain reasons. This is a huge deal for me. Other than the person I was going to for 10 years, I moved a few years ago and have been going to the same guy since. I’m very particular about my nail techs. Hopefully today is a good day lol!!!

So, I got my nails done like I said I would. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kathy who ended up doing my nails. She’s very friendly I love how organized the gel polish selection was. I was very nervous getting my nails done by someone else due to the fact that I’ve been going to the same guy for so long. I’m so glad I made this decision. She was very quick and precise and great. They were jammin to Michael Jackson too haha. My experience was great and I will definitely be going back!

Stopped in one day to get a gel manicure and was very displeased. The tools they use are not sterile and even saw a tool with rust in it and the polish on my nails was extremely lumpy. The person I went to must have just started doing nails because she did a horrible job.

The nail tech I had was such a sweety but she was extremely slow! I’ve been here twice already and both times the pedicures have taken long. The manager & employees are sooo nice though.
