Master Suites Hotel

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and is a suite with living room, bedroom, and full kitchen. We moved to the area and needed a place to stay for 30 – 45 days while we close on a house, and this place seemed comfortable. Well, let me begin with EWWW and it went downhill from there. The furniture was falling apart, the walls were filthy, the Carpet was shady, basically, I felt like I was in a seedy hotel. The pillows were old and lumpy, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The towels were cheap, the bathroom was nasty, and I found socks on the floor that we’re not ours, which begs the question «do they clean the room in between residents»? Unfortunately all of the other pet friendly hotels were booked, so we were forced to stay here for 3 nights until something else opened up. They charge a nightly fee of $ 100/​night plus $ 20/​animal, so we paid $ 140/​night for this room! (Obviously prices are subject to change.) As we left, all I could think of was a nice shower in a clean hotel!

Wow… were the ratings on orbitz ever wrong. Thank goodness for discounts, because what a DUMP! Rooms are worn down, front desk was rude, and the maintenance man/​cleaning guy was high as a kite/​off his damn rocker. Bathroom has curtain rod pulled down, and after 15 minutes of being checked in, you can’t change or get a refund.
I will never return to this shithole hotel or this shithole city… just here one night for an event.

They advertised there was a kitchen, but nothing at all in the kitchen. People are expected to travel with pots and pans? How retarded is that!

We arrived at 3:55pm, decided no, and they have a 24 hour cancellation policy so we had to pay one night anyway. Well, lets see what visa has to say about that.
No, i would never recommend this place to anyone for any purpose. Nice places in Waldorf for tue exact same $$

No wifi, in the bathroom their was some form of bugs. The receptionist was rude as shit! And my key card didn’t work.

Do NOT go here. It’s a slum for one. Our sofa and chair were dirty and ripped, not small rips, like gashes and a foot long hole in the chair side. The smell is horrible. I bought sheets to put over all the furniture before sitting down, it was that gross in there. The GM screamed at me when I hadn’t been there 10 hours. He yelled at me for cleaning up after my dog when my dog had gone once since being there and I cleaned it up promptly. I tried telling him that but he just kept screaming at me. He is rude and no one should ever have to be treated like that. Stay anywhere else but here. We paid for a week and left after 11 hours. The ladies that work there are nice, but I will never put my hard earned money in a place with a manager as rude as him.
